This article presents the research results in the game as a learning strategy concept of justice in the school, it is a qualitative research, with an emphasis on ethnographic approach which it was analyzed; how Fifth-graders one in Zaragoza school, established in the municipality of Cartago (Valle del Cauca), they use the game as a learning strategy concept of justice, for this reason, the theoretical research was based on the concept of game by Jean Piaget and the consensual justice concept by Habermas, taking as reference the conceptions of justice presented in the theory about stages of moral development by Lawrence Kohlberg. To obtain the results was used an ethnographic research methodology, using as technique the observation, which was culminated through two instruments as: field diaries and conceptual matrix, which let to get emerging theoretical categories to make the corresponding data analysis.
