This article presents the research results from the research that took place in the Catholic University of Pereira. This research piece endevour’s to develop an understanding of the different meanings of concept of inclusive education in disability that the management draw from, when building university policies in UCP. It is a qualitative hermeneutic research approach, focused on the descriptive stage, which seeks to understand the implicit consensus on the practices of managers. The research is based on the concepts of Gadamer and Sen, namely fusion of horizons and autonomy. The work unit includes five managers and culminates in five unstructured interviews. This allowed the writer to effectively record the above named categories, and the corresponding data analysis.
