Currently it is important that every company generate a proper organizational culture to build a successful and competitive in the market, the aim of this work is to identify and characterize as implemented the model of market-oriented organizational culture in a company known for this regional implemented a case study where we check if the company employs a model of market-oriented organizational culture, a factor of great importance, the organizational culture model is to keep the customer at the center of all activities to improve customer service and competitive advantages for the company. Which will give better performance on performance, resource mobility, technological advances and scientific applications, high level of innovation, increased choice and flexibility in a more informed and demanding market.
