The organizational climate, is a fundamental tool into organization since it is responsible for the working environment and such influences the social and productive behavior of the people who make part of this. An appropriate internal communicatiodepends on the comfort, responsibility, appropriate social relations and good relations authority. A strategic plan that allows organization to improve or implement these variables is an organization with the possibility of improving their production, customer service and satisfaction of employees. During professional practice in the metropolitan area of the West Center, the corresponding process was started to create a strategic plan in internal communication in organizational climate as initial step and fundamental knowledge of the Organization, followed by the respective analysis gave the possibility to consider strategies that lead to an appropriate organizational climate. The schedule of activities and budget are raised on proposed strategies. Into the recommendations are exposed the views of the author to the Organization and the University.
