The present work analyzes the social representations of the students of basic secondary and average of the Institución Educativa Ciudadela Cuba- late, on school coexistence and academic performance, so it becomes necessary to study social and family factors that may be influencing the motivation to study, leading to conflicts in the school coexistence.
Were outlined five representations of the already mentioned categories of which its deficiency was show on the students. It conclude that there is necessary the implementation of an operative plan that executes both the PEI and the manual of conviviality.
