Publicación Acceso abierto Garantías legales y constitucionales para proteger el vínculo afectivo de los niños y niñas cuando la madre se encuentra privada de la libertad(Universidad Católica de Pereira, 2015-09-03) Agudelo Montes, María ClaudiaThis article aims to develop a literature review with which it seeks to meet the psicosociojurídico problem that some children grow up separated from the mother because it is in the prison establishment; the problem is approached from the protection of legal and constitutional of bonding, implying not only the adaptation to the world from the emotional level, but also legal, which is expected in response to the guarantee of the rights of girls and boys the accompaniment of the family, society and the state. From a psychological perspective, it is important that the links and relationships in the early years are of quality and allow set up subsidiary maternal emotional experience and emotional support needed for subsequent years. Para ello se vale de dos conceptos fundamentales, a saber, ruptura con el goce fálico en la neurosis y suplencia en la psicosis. This review article was structured on conceptual aspects such as CSA, risk factors, protective, consequences and intervention strategies specifically. Your objective was described the main theoretical - empirical advances of intervention strategies in the clinical approach of CSA, you finding classified in: attention on crisis, in the trauma, on the victim, in the family and to group level too. Cognitive behavioral therapy presents significant results in the intervention of the CSA, using techniques such as cognitive restructuring, systematic desensitization , psycho - education , coping strategies among others , addressing areas of cognition , emotion and behavior altered after the fact. Such interventions offered to victims of CSA possibilities unfold compensate effects of the experience , understanding the meaning of the experience . Through intervention strategies in the CSA , the importance of an integrated treatment , that is to say victim and family, so enhance their capabilities, focusing on main goal; ensure the safety of children while avoiding the occurrence of new events and where make prevention work with sex offenders .Publicación Acceso abierto Intervención psicológica para fortalecer la adherencia al tratamiento en una adolescente con diagnóstico de diabetes tipo 1(Universidad Católica de Pereira., 2015-09-07) Diaz Murillo, Catalina; Castañeda Ortiz, Maria AcenedThe present article corresponds to the description of a study of case, with the aim to implement a psychological intervention from the model of adoption of precautions, Weinstein (1998), to strengthen adherence to treatment in a teenager diagnosed with type 1 diabetes; conceptualizing adherence as a complex process with different categories of psychological process involved in changing risk behaviors and acquisition of protective behaviors that transcends compliance with the instructions made by the caregivers; a baseline is established by applying three questionnaires: Diabetes knowledge, motivational interviewing and self-efficacy scale, clinical intervention consisted of 8 sessions with an average duration of one hour per session; A final evaluation found significant differences between pre-intervention and post-intervention regarding areas of acquisition of knowledge, skills and protective behaviors for proper control and management of type 1 diabetes is made.Publicación Acceso abierto Características de las estrategias de intervención del trastorno por déficit de atención con hiperactividad -TDAH-(Universidad Católica de Pereira, 2015-09-07) Montañez Robledo, Katherine; Hurtado Naranjo, MarcelaThe aim of this paper is to show the characteristics of the intervention strategies of attention deficit disorder with hyperactive (TDAH). That's why is necessary to make an analysis of the main signs causes and effects for determinate that are the different treatments more empiric efficient to control the problematic. In this article the main treatments, such as cognitive-behavioral and pharmacological multimodal contribute to the sings reduction. It is also important to mention that the ADHD is a neurodevelopmental problem that affects in the areas of social interactions and academic developments of those who have it, therefore, it can be demonstrated that drug treatment is not sufficient and therefore do necessary cognitive-behavioral and multimodal interventions. The foregoing as a whole, intervenes in the forms as the members of the family are related. The intention of this article is to reflect on the family from the different views from the patriarchal thinking until the new paradigm of rights and what this generated in relationship to the members. Recent studies in Colombia reported as the use of psychoactive substances, legal and illegal, has a significant impact on college students between the ages of 11-18 years. When in an individual case this situation is identified and it becomes problematic for teenager or someone close, the attention from consultory will require of the professional a number of therapeutic skills that promote issues such as adherence to treatment; between these skills locate knowledge and appreciation of the characteristics of the stage of development in which the consultant is highlighted. El presente trabajo expone una revisión bibliográfica realizada en bases de datos durante los últimos 10 años, con el objetivo de identificar los factores de riesgo y manifestaciones clínicas de la Anorexia Nerviosa y Bulimia Nerviosa. Los resultados de la búsqueda bibliográfica identifican la adolescencia como la etapa más vulnerable para el desarrollo de estas enfermedades, con una prevalencia mayor en mujeres y una tendencia al incremento de casos en hombres; los factores de riesgo para su aparición en adolescentes involucran aspectos biológicos, socioculturales y psicológicos; las manifestaciones clínicas afectan múltiples sistemas del organismo como consecuencia de la malnutrición; por tanto, se les considera heterogéneos y es necesario implementar estrategias de prevención desde etapas tempranas del desarrollo del sujeto.\ Abstract: The eating disorder are a group of serious psychosomatic diseases, whose diagnosis is usually made in advanced stages of the disease; It is Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa the most representative disorders. This work presents a bibliography review for the past 10 years, with the aim of identifying risk factors and clinical manifestations of Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa. The results identify adolescence as the most vulnerable stage to the development of these diseases, with a higher prevalence in women and an increasing trend of cases in men; the risk factors for its occurrence in adolescents involving biological, socio-cultural and psychological aspects; the clinical manifestations affecting multiple body systems as a result of malnutrition; therefore, they are considered heterogeneous and is necessary to implement prevention strategies from the early stages of development of the subject.Publicación Acceso abierto Autoridad en la adolescencia: ¿Crisis para los hijos o para los padres?(Universidad Católica de Pereira, 2015-10-23) Clavijo Arango, Jhon Anderzon; Clavijo Rotavista, Diana LucíaEl presente artículo aborda, desde una mirada reflexiva, el tema de la autoridad en la adolescencia con el interrogante de si ésta es una crisis para los hijos o para los padres considerando algunas características del ciclo adolescente en el cual concurren factores bio-psico-sociales, además de reconocer que muchos autores coinciden en afirmar que se trata de un período de “anormalidad”, crisis personal y de autoridad hacia los padres, quienes a su vez experimentan sentimientos imprecisos de cómo continuar presentes en la vida de sus hijos sin coartarles la libertad y conservando las jerarquías para que el sistema familiar no sufra entropías o se cierre frente a los cambios que puedan presentarse en las pautas de relación. Así mismo se reconoce que el enfoque sistémico permite reflexionar acerca de la importancia de involucrar a los integrantes del sistema familiar en esta dinámica considerando los intercambios permanentes de información por las renovaciones en las funciones, estructuras y desarrollo, además de considerar que el estilo democrático en el acompañamiento de esta etapa sigue siendo el más privilegiado aunque difícil, dado que permite la participación activa, esperanzada en la utilización de estrategias para un crecimiento flexible ante los ritmos de la adolescencia.\ Abstract: This current article presents from a reflexive view, the authority issue in adolescence as a question for children or their parents, having in considerations some characteristics about adolescence cycle, on which bio-psico-social factors are remarkable. In addition to recognize that many authors agree with confirming that adolescence is a full of abnormality period of the human development, a normal personal and authority crisis towards parents, who at the same time are focusing on imprecise moments on how to be present in their children lives without restrict their freedom and keeping the hierarchies not to cause any entropies in their family environment or reject the possible changes that might occur due to some relationship patterns. Likewise exists a recognized systemic approach permits to reflect on the necessity of involve all the members of the family system to this dynamic having in consideration the permanent training changes for the renovation on structures, development, and functions ; besides to consider that a democratic accompaniment model in this stage is the most privileged but a difficult one, due to it permits a very active participation hopeful on the usage of a flexible growth during the adolescence rhythm.Publicación Acceso abierto Una reflexión sobre la teoría del apego y su consideración como aporte para pensar la realidad de violencia, maltrato y abandono de la infancia en Colombia.(Universidad Católica de Pereira, 2015-10-23) Franco Velásquez, Laura MarcelaEl objetivo de este artículo es realizar una reflexión sobre la teoría del apego como aporte para pensar la situación de violencia, maltrato y abandono de la infancia en Colombia, partiendo de los sustentos teóricos expuestos por John Bowlby sobre la conducta de apego y su desarrollo durante los primeros años de vida. Para ello se tienen en cuenta factores externos que surgen en el proceso de interacción familiar e inciden en el desarrollo sano o en la distorsión del vínculo (la función de maternaje y las funciones parentales, la separación involuntaria y el abuso físico), al mismo tiempo que se toma como referencia el contexto socio cultural del país como punto de reflexión sobre la pertinencia de esta teoría como eje para pensar la configuración del apego en las relaciones tempranas de la población infantil Colombiana, teniendo en cuenta la realidad reflejada en cifras nacionales en las que los fenómenos de maltrato infantil y violencia intrafamiliar son algunas de las problemáticas latentes que ocupan el primer y segundo lugar, las cuales afectan y ponen en riesgo el desarrollo emocional de la primera infancia. Se establecen conexiones con el Código de la infancia y la adolescencia (Ley 1098 de 2006). / Abstract: The objective of this article it is to make a reflection about the attachment theory as an input to think about the violence, abuse and abandonment of childhood in Colombia, based on the theoretical underpinnings exposed by John Bowlby about the attachment behavior ant it is development on their first years. To do this it takes into account the external factors that arise in the process of family interaction and effect the healthy development of distortion of the bond (the role of motherhood and parental duties, involuntary separation and physical abuse/, at the same time the socio-cultural context its take as a reference as a point of reflection on the relevance of this theory to think axle configuration of attachment in early relationships of the Colombian child population, taking into account the reality reflected in natural figures in which the phenomena of child abuse and family violence are some of the latent problems that are ranked as first and second, which affect and threaten the emotional development of the young children. En este análisis se plantea una serie de estrategias de intervención que estimulan la modificación de las conductas de las personas, específicamente en los niños entre 6 y 12 años de edad. La identificación de las estrategias de intervención clínica en las conductas externalizantes que surgen de este artículo, como la Psico educación, Pautas de Crianza, Resolución de Problemas, Comunicación Asertiva, Entrenamiento en Habilidades Sociales, Reforzamiento Positivo, Autocontrol de Emociones, Reforzamiento Diferencial de Otras Conductas, Moldeamiento, Modificación del Ambiente Físico, Reestructuración Cognitiva entre otras, permiten concluir que es pertinente la modificación de los comportamientos de los niños de edad intermedia y el normal desarrollo en sus diferentes dimensiones.\ Abstract: This article reviews empirical theory, it aims to develop a proposal that identifies clinical intervention strategies in externalizing behavior problems in middle childhood, based on the analysis of 25 theoretical and empirical papers such as articles research addressing characteristics of externalizing problems, found in four databases, where behaviors such as aggression, attention deficit disorder, learning disabilities, ADHD in children with ages ranging from 6 to 12, in contexts as evidence school and family. This analysis raises a number of intervention strategies that encourage changing the behavior of people, particularly in children between 6 and 12 years old. The identification of clinical intervention strategies in the externalizing behavior arising from this article, as the Psycho education, Parenting Guidelines, Troubleshooting, Assertive Communication, Social Skills Training, Positive Reinforcement, Self Emotion, differential reinforcement of other behaviors, shaping, Changing Physical Environment, cognitive restructuring among others, support the conclusion that relevant amendments to the behavior of children in middle age and normal development in all its dimensions.Publicación Acceso abierto Técnicas cognitivo conductuales para el manejo del dolor en niños y niñas con cáncer(Universidad Católica de Pereira, 2015-10-23) Cortés Zuluaga, Clara XimenaEl presente trabajo de revisión bibliográfica aborda el manejo del dolor en oncología pediátrica desde la psicología mediante técnicas cognitivo-conductuales. Se analiza de manera general qué es el cáncer y su clasificación pediátrica; además, el tema del dolor respecto a la definición, la evaluación (autoinformes y observación conductual) y el tratamiento no farmacológico desde la Terapia Cognitiva-Conductual con técnicas de distracción, imaginación y entrenamiento de la respiración/relajación, las cuales han demostrado evidencia empírica por su eficiencia y utilidad acompañadas de otras intervención en salud como la farmacológica.\ Abstract: This present review addresses pain management in pediatric oncology from psychology by cognitive-behavioral techniques. We analyze what is generally and pediatric cancer classification; also the subject of pain on the definition, evaluation (self-report and behavioral observation) and non-pharmacological treatment from cognitive-behavioral therapy distraction techniques, imagination and breathing training / relaxation, which have shown empirical evidence for its efficiency and usefulness accompanied by other health interventions such as pharmacological.
