Abstract: The aim of this article is to identify the characteristics and results of the interventions on burnout that have been carried out in recent years in working populations. A systematic search on interventions in burnout was conducted in the Scopus, ScienceDirect, Scielo and Dialnet databases, from 2009 to 2021, in Spanish and English. A total of 30 articles were selected. 60% used the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) as a measurement instrument. 60% were on health personnel, 20% used a cognitive intervention and 93.3% of the interventions led to the reduction of burnout or the reduction of one of its components. A discussion was developed through the analysis of the results and the correlations of these with different investigations previously developed that complement the information obtained. Finally, further investigation is considered necessary to find more results that enrich the investigation.
