The scenarios surrounding organizations are identified by permanent changes in the environment, which is why; organizations need to be changing the way they work in order to obtain maximum adaptability as a condition looking to stay in the middle. In this constantly changing , it is essential for the company to generate coordinated strategies for short and long term passes thus improve relations , communications and how to work as required by the market.
