El presente trabajo de grado corresponde a un estudio para la validación de una iniciativa emprendedora la cual se logró a través del desarrollo de cuatro objetivos específicos el primero de ellos es, Realizar un análisis exploratorio del mercado de huevos para consumo y huevos incubados en Belén de Umbría, el segundo Identificar las características técnicas y estructura administrativa inicial requerida para la microempresa, el tercero Validar el mercado objetivo a partir del Producto Mínimo Viable (PMV) y el cuarto Definir el presupuesto de costos y gastos, y de inversión, para la producción y comercialización en Belén de Umbría de huevos para consumo e incubados. Los resultados más relevantes Se concluyen que luego de realizar un análisis exploratorio del mercado de huevos para consumo y huevos incubados en Belén de Umbría, existe un mercado potencial amplio, teniendo en cuenta que la mayoría de las personas encuestadas evidencian una tendencia de consumo diario, lo que indica que se puede generar una demanda del producto, lo cual se conecta por las estimaciones encontradas en el análisis Pest referentes al aumento del consumo de huevo en los hogares colombianos; Se encontró que las características técnicas del proyecto están condicionadas en parte por la ubicación y los proveedores; En cuanto a la estructura administrativa de la empresa, se definió un esquema piramidal, el cual se enmarca en la cabeza de un gerente y del que se desprenden mandos administrativos, mandos medios y operativos; Para el producto mínimo viable, se encontró que el huevo orgánico es el producto estrella en el mercado al cual se apunta su venta, en este caso el posicionamiento de este generaría unos ingresos estables para la empresa, lo que resultaría en la sostenibilidad del proyecto en el corto y mediano plazo y Finalmente, para el estudio financiero, se encontró que los costos y gastos del proyecto, estén distribuidos en la parte productiva con el alimento para las pollitas y el salario del personal que interviene en la operación, así como los cotos fijos y la manutención mensual del galpón.. Abstract: This degree work corresponds to a study for the validation of an entrepreneurial initiative which was achieved through the development of four specific objectives, the first of which is to carry out an exploratory analysis of the market for eggs for consumption and incubated eggs in Belén de Umbría, the second Identify the technical characteristics and initial administrative structure required for the microenterprise, the third Validate the target market based on the Minimum Viable Product (PMV) and the fourth Define the budget for costs and expenses, and investment, for production and commercialization in Belén de Umbría of eggs for consumption and hatched. The most relevant results It is concluded that after carrying out an exploratory analysis of the market for eggs for consumption and incubated eggs in Belén de Umbría, there is a wide potential market, taking into account that most of the people surveyed show a trend of daily consumption, which indicates that a demand for the product can be generated, which is connected by the estimates found in the Pest analysis regarding the increase in egg consumption in Colombian households; It was found that the technical characteristics of the project are conditioned in part by the location and the suppliers; Regarding the administrative structure of the company, a pyramid scheme was defined, which is framed in the head of a manager and from which administrative, middle and operational managers emerge; For the minimum viable product, it was found that the organic egg is the star product in the market to which its sale is aimed, in this case the positioning of this would generate stable income for the company, which would result in the sustainability of the project in the short and medium term and Finally, for the financial study, it was found that the costs and expenses of the project are distributed in the productive part with the food for the chicks and the salary of the personnel involved in the operation, as well as the costs fixed and the monthly maintenance of the shed.
