Publicación Restringido Adolescencia, factores psicosociales que influyen en la toma de decisión de la Interrupción Voluntaria del Embarazo (IVE): una revisión(Universidad Catolica de Pereira, 2017-07-11) Valencia Cárdenas, Juana Andrea; Echeverry Orozco, Viviana JohannaResumen: El artículo presenta una revisión teórica de la normatividad, los derechos sexuales y reproductivos, la bioética y los factores psicosociales que influyen en la decisión de la Interrupción Voluntaria del Embarazo (IVE) por parte de adolescentes. Los principales factores psicosociales analizados son: entorno familiar, proyecto de vida desde la formación académica, papel de la mujer, del varón y uso de anticonceptivos. En Colombia la adolescencia es una etapa de la vida que continúa significando serios retos para la vivencia de la sexualidad. En el cuerpo de la mujer se evidencia esta situación, que, en muchos casos, culmina con una IVE, es urgente consolidar el acceso efectivo y oportuno a diferentes productos de prevención del embarazo no deseado a partir, por ejemplo, de los servicios de salud amigables y continuación de la educación sexual desde la infancia para fortalecerla entre adolescentes y jóvenes como parte de una salud sexual sin riesgos que aporte al desarrollo humano y social. \ Abstract: The article presents a theoretical review of normativity, sexual and reproductive rights, bioethics and psychosocial factors that influence the decision of the Voluntary Interruption of Pregnancy (IVE) by adolescents. The main psychosocial factors analyzed are: family environment, life project from the academic training, role of the woman, of the male and use of contraceptives. In Colombia adolescence is a stage of life that continues to pose serious challenges for the experience of sexuality.
