Publicación Acceso abierto Propuesta para que Caimalito Pereira, sea un espacio bioclimático confortable(Universidad Católica de Pereira, 2017-01-28) Merchán Hoyos, Justo Pastor; López Vela, Pedro MiguelEl trabajo se centra en el municipio de Caimalito, corregimiento de Pereira departamento de Quindío Colombia, donde se evidencia una isla de calor que hoy en día afecta a sus habitantes en épocas de verano y las inundaciones constantes en invierno, debido a que el corregimiento se ha venido formando sin ninguna planificación. Este estudio busca una propuesta arquitectónica tendiente a mitigar la incidencia del sol directa en los espacios públicos y recorridos peatonales del lugar, para así atenuar en la medida de lo posible, la isla de calor que hoy en día se padece. Además, se intenta concientizar a la comunidad frente a la conservación de sus espacios culturales, de mejoramiento de su calidad de vida y del río. Como resultado de la investigación aparece, una nueva planificación urbana, basada en las determinantes físicas y ambientales del lugar, la trayectoria solar, el nivel de precipitación y vientos predominantes. En la construir de las viviendas, también se tiene en cuenta el sistema de recolección de aguas grises y servidas, sin dejar atrás, el diseño de la bodega del tren, la iluminación urbana, el mobiliario y los módulos comerciales, los cuales hacen parte del desarrollo de la investigación como tal. Estos lineamientos basados en bioclimática conllevan a buscar el bienestar de esta comunidad. La “arboricultura urbana, también hace parte de esta propuesta, porque da sombra a los espacios abiertos generando microclimas. El método utilizado es el de investigación, que es fundamental para el desarrollo del trabajo, pues las visitas permanentes al lugar, los trabajos de campo, los aportes de tipo teórico y el análisis de la información dan luz para plantear alternativas de solución al problema planteado. Además, se hace hincapié en un estudio previo del territorio y en el diseño inmobiliario, como respuesta a la problemática encontrada. Abstract: The work centres on Caimalito's municipality of Pereira Colombia, where there is demonstrated a heat island that nowadays affects his inhabitants in summers epochs and the constant floods in winter, due to the fact that one has come the place forming without any planning. This study seeks for an architectural offer tending to mitigate the direct incident of the Sun in the public spaces and pedestrian local tours, this way to attenuate as far as possible, the heat island that nowadays is suffered. In addition, it is tried concientizar to the community opposite to the conservation of his cultural spaces, of improvement of his quality of life and of the river. Since result of the investigation appears, a new town, based planning on determinants physical and environmental of the place, the solar path, the level of rainfall and predominant winds. In constructing it of the housings, also there is born in mind the system of compilation of gray and served waters, without stopping behind, the design of the warehouse of the train, the urban lighting, the furniture and the commercial modules which do part of the development of the investigation as such. These limits based in bioclimática carry to looking for the well-being of this community. The " urban arboriculture, also it does part of this offer, because it gives shade to the opened spaces generating microclimates. The used method is that of investigation, which is fundamental for the development of the work, so the permanent visits to the place, the fieldworks, the contributions of theoretical type and the analysis of the information give light to raise alternatives of solution to the raised problem. In addition, it is emphasized in a previous study of the territory and in the real-estate design, as response to the opposing problematics.Publicación Acceso abierto Reforestación y conservación forestal con enfoque participativo de la comunidad afro, en el corregimiento de Santa Cecilia del municipio Pueblo Rico, Risaralda(Universidad Católica de Pereira, 2020-12-09) Cardona Soto, SebastianEste artículo se enfoca en la conservación de los bosques primarios y secundarios del corregimiento de Santa Cecilia donde con el pasar de los años ha venido en aumento la práctica de deforestación ya que la comunidad afrodescendiente ha visto en este recurso natural un potencial socio-económico para el sustento de sus familias ocasionando así la expansión de la frontera agrícola y degradando las zonas de cobertura forestal; debido a esto, se busca formular un programa de reforestación comunitaria y plantear estrategias que ayuden a mitigar la expansión de la frontera agrícola. Para ello se realizó una metodología cualitativa que contó con información basada en diferentes documentos teóricos, técnicos, cartográficos y entrevistas a fuentes primarias como habitantes del corregimiento que ayudaron a identificar la problemática mencionada anteriormente, que al ser analizados llevan a plantear, como resultado un Programa para la reforestación con enfoque comunitario y un Ecoparque forestal para la vereda El Silencio del corregimiento de Santa Cecilia (Pueblo Rico – Risaralda) que estén vinculados a la mitigación de la frontera agrícola y la recuperación de las zonas degradadas por estas actividades, contemplando la participación de la comunidad y fortalecer la educación ambiental. En conclusión, se denota la importancia de plantear estrategias alternativas en torno a la reforestación, que no solamente se enfoque en la recuperación de la cobertura forestal, sino que fomente también el interés de las comunidades. / Abstract: This article focuses on the conservation of the primary and secondary forests of the village of Santa Cecilia where, over the years, the practice of deforestation has increased since the Afro-descendant community has seen in this natural resource a socio-economic potential for the livelihood of their families, thus causing the expansion of the agricultural frontier and degrading the areas of forest cover; Due to this, it seeks to formulate a community reforestation program and propose strategies that help to mitigate agricultural expansion. For this, a qualitative methodology was carried out that had information based on different theoretical, technical, cartographic documents and interviews with primary sources such as inhabitants of the village that helped to identify the aforementioned problem, which when analyzed led to the proposal of a Program for reforestation with a community approach and a forest Ecopark for the El Silencio village of the village of Santa Cecilia (Pueblo Rico - Risaralda) which are linked to the mitigation of the agricultural frontier and the recovery of areas degraded by these activities, contemplating the participation of the community and strengthen environmental education. In conclusion, the importance of proposing alternative strategies around reforestation is denoted, which not only focuses on the recovery of forest cover, but also encourages the interest of the communities.
