En el Informe Final de Práctica se exponen los aspectos institucionales y académicos que orientaron el ejercicio de práctica profesional en el ámbito clínico desde el enfoque cognitivo conductual y en el ámbito psicosocial. Se incluye el diagnóstico que se realizó de las necesidades de la Institución, los ejes de Intervención desarrollados y una reflexión teórica alrededor del modelo a la luz del cual se desarrolló la práctica profesional, la propuesta de intervención llevada a cabo, los resultados obtenidos, las conclusiones y finalmente las recomendaciones. / Abstract: This text shows the process of professional practice done by the student at the “Centro de Atención Psicologica CAPSI” during 2011. The final report of practice sets out the institutional and academic issues that guided the course of professional practice in the clinical psychology from the cognitive behavioral therapy and the exercise in the psychosocial field. It includes the diagnosis that was made of the needs of the institution, the axes of intervention developed and a theoretical reflection that guided the professional practice, the proposed intervention carried out, results, conclusions, and finally the recommendationsPublicación Acceso abierto La empatía una habilidad para construir la relación terapéutica en niños con TDAH(Universidad Católica de Pereira, 2021-10-10) Beltran Mendez, Andrea Paola; Parra Cardona, Angela Patriciaresumen en español: El presente artículo reflexivo brinda información y permite relacionar conceptos sobre habilidades del terapeuta como la empatía y la relación que esta establece en la terapia con niños, desde el enfoque cognitivo conductual; la inquietud sobre la influencia de la empatía nace a partir de la pregunta ¿Como influye la empatía del terapeuta en los procesos psicoterapéuticos de niños diagnosticados con Trastorno por déficit de atención e hiperactividad (TDAH)?, por consiguiente se llevó a cabo un análisis de antecedentes sobre estos conceptos. Donde se establece de manera general y no especifica en niños, que la empatía como habilidad juega un papel fundamental en la eficiencia y la determinación de la relación terapéutica, entre terapeuta – consultante, así mismo se resalta que la relación se construye por ambas partes y que el terapeuta debe ser flexible y generar una adecuada adherencia al tratamiento para lograr resultados exitosos y prolongados. La finalidad de este artículo consiste en analizar el establecimiento de la relación terapéutica con un niño de 8 años, que es intervenido mediante el enfoque cognitivo conductual, a través de la modalidad de telepsicología. El presente artículo utiliza la metodología cualitativa de estudio de caso único, con fines de reflexión sobre la praxis. El estudio de caso logró evidenciar que la utilización del juego, el enfoque en los intereses del niño y el uso de herramientas lúdicas, constituyen herramientas poderosas para el establecimiento de la relación terapéutica a través de la terapia en línea. Se concluye que se puede conectar con los niños de manera significativa a través de la pantalla y construir una relación terapéutica que sirva como base para ayudarlos a superar sus desafíos. Abstract: The therapeutic relationship is the heart of any successful psychological intervention and its importance is even more accentuated in working with children. The purpose of this article is to analyze the establishment of the therapeutic relationship with an 8-year-old child, who is intervened through the cognitive behavioral approach, through the telepsychology modality. This article uses the qualitative methodology of a single case study, for the purpose of reflection on praxis. The case study managed to show that the use of play, the focus on the child's interests and the use of playful tools constitute powerful tools for establishing the therapeutic relationship through online therapy. It is concluded that you can connect with children in a meaningful way through the screen and build a therapeutic relationship that serves as a basis to help them overcome their challenges.Publicación Acceso abierto Habilidades del psicólogo clínico: Apoyo para el establecimiento de la alianza terapéutica con niños, niñas y adolescentes víctimas de abuso sexual.(Universidad Catolica de Pereira, 2021-10-05) Rodríguez Estrada, Luis Fernando; Vallejo, Angélica MaríaEl abuso sexual de niños, niñas y adolescentes es una problemática, cuyas cifras según el Instituto Nacional de Medicina Legal y Ciencias Forenses (2015), en Colombia van en aumento. Así mismo, los niveles de afectación tanto individual, familiar y socialmente, como las secuelas en los diferentes ámbitos del desarrollo humano, se ha convertido en una preocupación de carácter social, requiriendo de una adecuada intervención psicológica. El presente artículo de revisión documental tiene como propósito indagar acerca de las habilidades que debe poseer el psicólogo clínico para establecer la Alianza terapéutica en niños, niñas y adolescentes víctimas de abuso sexual. Se concluye que algunas de estas habilidades como la aceptación incondicional, empatía, asertividad, autoconocimiento, autorregulación y autenticidad, son fundamentales para el afianzamiento de la alianza terapéutica, lo cual contribuyen al bienestar de las víctimas en los contextos en los que se desenvuelve. Abstract: The sexual abuse of children and adolescents is a problem, whose figures, according to the National Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences (2015), in Colombia are increasing. Likewise, the levels of individual, family and social involvement, as well as the consequences in the different areas of human development, have become a concern of a social nature, requiring adequate psychological intervention. The purpose of this documentary review article is to inquire about the skills that the clinical psychologist must possess to establish the therapeutic Alliance in children and adolescents who are victims of sexual abuse. It is concluded that some of these skills such as unconditional acceptance, empathy, assertiveness, self-knowledge, self-regulation and authenticity, are fundamental for the consolidation of the therapeutic alliance, which contribute to the well-being of the victims in the contexts in which it develops.Publicación Acceso abierto Influencia del ciclo vital en la estructuración de la relación terapéutica, en terapias de 2° y 3° generación.(Universidad Católica de Pereira, 2021-10-02) Alzate Torres, Ana Maria; Joven Rincón, Katherin Paola; Ramírez Galíndez, NataliaEl ciclo vital hace referencia al proceso de crecimiento y desarrollo que atraviesan las personas desde el nacimiento hasta su muerte, siendo proceso evolutivo del ser humano, a nivel biológico, afectivo y social; en el escenario psicoterapéutico, la relación terapéutica (RT) es un elemento esencial para la práctica psicológica prediciendo resultados del proceso; la adherencia al tratamiento, el éxito de la intervención y la satisfacción del paciente. se propone analizar la incidencia del ciclo vital en la estructuración de la relación terapéutica, con una investigación de tipo revisión documental y confrontación teórica .Se encuentra que, en la infancia es vital propiciar espacios para una relación segura que permita la elaboración de un vínculo permanente; destacando el compromiso, colaboración, confianza e interés del terapeuta; en la adolescencia es importante establecer un proceso colaborativo, promoviendo la conversación y ausencia de crítica; en la adultez el análisis de los vínculos de apego, la adaptación a las necesidades, actitud empática, expresión abierta de interés, actitud cálida y diálogo fluido; en la vejez, centrarse en dar un lugar a la escucha y el reconocimiento de la pérdida de capacidades físicas debido a la edad. Abstract: The life cycle is an evolutionary process of the human being, at a biological, affective and social level; In the psychotherapeutic setting, the therapeutic relationship (RT) is an essential element for psychological practice, predicting results of the process; the adherence to the treatment, the success of the intervention and the satisfaction of the patient. This aims to analyze the incidence of the life cycle in the structuring of the therapeutic relationship, with an investigation of a documentary review and theoretical confrontation. It is found that, in childhood, it is vital to provide spaces for a safe relationship that allows the development of a permanent bond; highlighting the commitment, collaboration, trust and interest of the therapist; in adolescence it is important to establish a collaborative process, doctorate the conversation and the absence of criticism; in adulthood the analysis of attachment links, adaptation to needs, empathic attitude, open expression of interest, warm attitude and fluid dialogue; In old age, focus on giving a place to listen and the recognition of the loss of physical abilities due to age. Para ello se realizó la revisión de diferentes fuentes de información publicadas entre los años 2010 y 2021 en América del Sur. Se concluye que algunas habilidades que debe poseer el psicólogo para el establecimiento de la relación terapéutica son: la empatía, el apego, el vínculo, el Rapport y el juego. Se rescata que en el análisis de la estructura cognitiva de NNA es importante identificar elementos que permitan dar cuenta de la RSD y su impacto tanto en el plan de tratamiento psicológico como en el establecimiento de la relación terapéutica. / Abstract : This review article pretends to investigate the literature on the social representation of diagnosis and its influence on cognitive behavioral therapy with children and adolescents. Because of this, a review of different sources of information published between 2010 and 2021 in South America was carried out. It is concluded that some skills that the psychologist should possess for the establishment of the therapeutic relationship are: empathy, attachment, bonding, Rapport and play. It should be emphasized that in the analysis of the cognitive structure of children and adolescents it is important to identify elements that allow to show the RSD and its impact on both the psychological treatment plan and the establishment of the therapeutic relationship.Publicación Acceso abierto Terapia del juego: un camino para el buen desarrollo de la relación terapéutica en atención de niños y niñas víctimas de maltrato infantil(Universidad Católica de Pereira, 2022-06-18) Martínez Córdoba, Yency Zamira; Muñoz Bermudez, Marisol; Zambrano Osorio, VivianaEl presente artículo de revisión documental, denota la importancia de la terapia del juego en el desarrollo de la relación terapéutica, con niños y niñas víctimas de maltrato infantil. En él se describen las diferentes formas de maltrato infantil según la OMS y la OPS, las estadísticas del maltrato infantil en el contexto Colombiano, y la importancia de la terapia del juego en la relación terapéutica. A su vez, concluye que el maltrato infantil ha estado presente en la historia de la humanidad, actualmente esta problemática genera amplias consecuencias negativas a corto y largo plazo en las distintas esferas del desarrollo de los niños y niñas, e interfiere en la salud mental en la edad adulta. Así mismo, se menciona la importancia de la Terapia del juego en el escenario terapéutico y las técnicas aplicadas desde el enfoque cognitivo conductual. Para finalizar, se considera pertinente que la terapia cognitivo conductual sea ajustada al niño y no el niño a la terapia, y se sugiere a los investigadores e instituciones analistas del comportamiento humano que profundicen y generen más estudios sobre la importancia de la terapia del juego en el desarrollo de la relación terapéutica en atención de niños y niñas víctimas de maltrato infantil. / Abstract : This documentary review article denotes the importance of play therapy in the development of the therapeutic relationship with children who are victims of child abuse. It describes the different forms of child abuse according to the OMS and OPS, the statistics of child abuse in the Colombian context, and the importance of play therapy in the therapeutic relationship. At the same time, it concludes that child abuse has been present in the history of humanity, currently this problem generates extensive negative consequences in the short and long term in the different spheres of development of boys and girls, and interferes with mental health in children. Adulthood. Likewise, the importance of Game Therapy in the therapeutic scenario and the techniques applied from the cognitive behavioral approach are mentioned. To conclude, it is considered pertinent that cognitive behavioral therapy be adjusted to the child and not the child to the therapy, and it is suggested that researchers and institutions that analyze human behavior deepen and generate more studies on the importance of game therapy in the development of the therapeutic relationship in the care of children victims of child abuse.
