Publicación Acceso abierto Revisión teórica acerca de las estrategias de intervención clínica en el abordaje del abuso sexual infantil intrafamiliar(Universidad Católica de Pereira, 2015-09-07) Brand Tapias, John Libar; Hincapié Gómez, CarolinaChild Sexual Abuse (CSA ) is one of the most common forms of violence that are maintained through time, carrying consequences that negatively impact the life cycle of the victims, significantly altering their lives. This review article was structured on conceptual aspects such as CSA, risk factors, protective, consequences and intervention strategies specifically. Your objective was described the main theoretical - empirical advances of intervention strategies in the clinical approach of CSA, you finding classified in: attention on crisis, in the trauma, on the victim, in the family and to group level too. Cognitive behavioral therapy presents significant results in the intervention of the CSA, using techniques such as cognitive restructuring, systematic desensitization , psycho - education , coping strategies among others , addressing areas of cognition , emotion and behavior altered after the fact. Such interventions offered to victims of CSA possibilities unfold compensate effects of the experience , understanding the meaning of the experience . Through intervention strategies in the CSA , the importance of an integrated treatment , that is to say victim and family, so enhance their capabilities, focusing on main goal; ensure the safety of children while avoiding the occurrence of new events and where make prevention work with sex offenders .
