This document aims at providing a
diagnostic for the causes of the
organizational climate between the
director of the Department of press
and communication of RCN
Television, and his work team. It is
relevant to know if within one the
most important media in Colombia the
directors understand the relations and
sense of belonging employees have
with their work and with the company.
In this way, the goal lies in
investigating the relations that occur
among each and every employees of
the above mentioned Department and
who carries out different daily
activities that lead them to accomplish
goals.
