dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de este informe final es evidenciar los resultados obtenidos durante el proceso de práctica realizada en la empresa Ikatech Solutions como auxiliar de soporte técnico, recibiendo las incidencias reportadas por parte de los clientes, ya sean problemas técnicos o por las configuraciones que se tengan establecidas, así mismo retroalimentar al cliente sobre el problema presentando para mejorar el conocimiento con las herramientas tecnológicas comercializadas por la compañía. /Abstract: The objective of this final report is to show the results obtained during the practice process carried out in the Ikatech Solutions company as a technical support assistant, where the entire process carried out during the practice will be documented, receiving incidents reported by clients, whether they are technical problems. or by the configurations that are established, likewise provide feedback to the client about the problem presenting to improve knowledge with the technological tools marketed by the company.es_MX
