dc.descriptionLa necesidad de revitalizar las zonas rurales del país, hace necesario el desarrollo de nuevas políticas y lineamientos incluyentes y estratégicos que permitan, a partir de la articulación regional, generar nuevos escenarios que fortalezcan la conservación del medio ambiente y la potencialización del paisaje a través de proyectos alternativos que vayan encaminados al mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos. El artículo pretende evidenciar la construcción de una herramienta metodológica para diagnosticar y evaluar el desarrollo rural a partir de su aplicación en la zona de influencia del Río Otún, centros poblados de La Bella, El Manzano y La Florida, y su relación con proyectos del ámbito regional.es-ES
