The practice period at Nicole was made of different periods. The first one, the diagnosis of needs, it became evident the need to optimize the position description format, the staff selection process and training for machine operators, lead machine operator and supervisor. Wanting to take different measures to the ones previously taken in the company which allowed a change in perspective, we focused on these specific tasks in their competence. As a tool for the three intervention tasks the semi-structured interview was created and adapted, whose analysis determent the key areas in the result, the competences for a successful achievement and the psycho behavioral indicators, with these we created the identification for each position. After having the necessary raw materials the following was conducted: it description for each position, new formats for staff selection and instruction for an integral training system under the guidelines of a competence based module, thus creating a new speciation’s guidelines for Nicole in some of the most important human processes.
