| dc.description | Due to the economic crisis, unemployment and forced displacement in Colombia, a large part of the population is forced to settle informally and live in precarious conditions on the urban fringes, putting their integrity at risk. The objective of this research is to present a model proposal for the occupation of the territory that directs in an orderly manner in the section of the center of the city of Ibagué, recovering the water rounds, resignifying the Combeima River to preserve environmental resources, integrating the city and the landscape through culture as the main configuration tool for urban space. | en-US |
| dc.description | Debido a la crisis económica, desempleo y desplazamiento forzado en Colombia gran parte de la población se ve obligada asentarse de manera informal y vivir en condiciones precarias sobre los bordes urbanos, colocando en riesgo su integridad. El objetivo de esta investigación es presentar una propuesta modelo de ocupación del territorio que direccione de manera ordenada en el tramo del centro de la ciudad de Ibagué, recuperando las rondas hídricas, resignificando el río Combeima para preservar los recursos ambientales, integrando la ciudad y el paisaje por medio de la cultura como principal herramienta de configuración del espacio urbano. | es-ES |
