La pedagogía como ciencia de la educación por la comunidad y para la comunidad, lleva a la reflexión permanente del docente del siglo XXI a un examen riguroso de su quehacer práctico disciplinar al saber teórico de la pedagogía (Transposición didáctica). Sin desconocer que la reflexión sobre los diferentes tópicos de la globalización y la mundialización, exigen retos y desafíos que la educación, como factor de desarrollo humano y social, amerita resolver. Así se piense la pedagogía como ciencia o como un hecho utópico necesario y fundamental o como un saber crítico que posibilita una mirada intencional hacia la conciencia de los pueblos, frente a sus propios proyectos de vida de las comunidades.
Pedagogy as a science of education created by the community and for the community, leads the teacher of the twenty-first century to a permanent reflection and to a rigorous examination of the practical task discipline into the theoretical knowledge of pedagogy (didactic transposition). This is while recognizing that the reflection from the different topics of globalization demand challenges that require education as a factor in human and social development. That is how pedagogy is thought as a science or as a necessary and fundamental utopian fact; or simply as critical knowledge that enables an intentional glance into the consciousness of the people facing their own life projects.
