El desarrollo del presente proyecto de grado se centra en niños con malformaciones congénitas en el rostro como labio fisurado y paladar hendido en fase post-operatoria, residentes en el municipio de Campoalegre (Huila). Al niño arquetipo se le realizó cirugía reconstructiva del paladar a través de la Fundación Healing the Childre. A partir de la cirugía en la Fundación se inicia la logoterapia como ayuda al lenguaje oral del menor; terapias que solo se practican de 8 a 10 meses, media hora tres veces a la semana lo que significa que el niño pasa más tiempo en su casa desarrollando actividades con la ayuda de los padres y algunos elementos lúdicos. Con este propósito se elaboró el proyecto SISTEMA DIDÁCTICO PARA EL DESARROLLO DEL LENGUAJE EN LA POBLACIÓN INFANTIL COLOMBIANA, creando un sistema que reduzca el tiempo de rehabilitación del lenguaje en niños de 2 a 6 años con malformación congénica en el rostro (labio fisurado y paladar hendido) en fase post-operatoria y aunque las terapias son fundamentales en la rehabilitación del lenguaje, no abarca en su totalidad el espacio de interacción de los niños, ya que ellos logran mayores resultados desenvolviéndose en su contexto y la intervención de los padres es fundamental en la evolución de su rehabilitación. Esta es una contribución para los niños con malformación a través de la Fundación./Abstract:The development of this draft grade is made based in child congenital malformations in the face and lip cleft palate cleft and post-operative phase, residents in the municipality of Campoalegre (Huila). The child archetype underwent reconstructive surgery of the palate through healing the children Foundation. After surgery, the Foundation started speech therapy to help the child's oral language; therapies practiced only 8 to 10 months, half an hour three times a week which means that the child spends more time at home developing activities with the help of parents and some recreational items. To this end the project was prepared TRAINING DIDACTIC SYSTEM FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF LANGUAGE IN THE CHILD POPULATION COLOMBIANA, creating a system that reduces the time of rehabilitation of language in children 2 to 6 years with congenital malformation in the face (cleft lip and palate) post-operative phase and although therapies are essential in the rehabilitation of language, covers the whole space of interaction between children as they achieve greater results unfolding in its context and parental involment is essential in the evolution of this rehabilitation. This is a contribution for children with malformation through the Foundation.
