dc.description.abstract	En este documento podrán observar un manual de funciones y procedimientos diseñado para el cargo del asistente comercial el cual sirve como instrumento que permite el buen funcionamiento interno de las tareas, requerimientos y las responsabilidades de la persona, para lograr la unión de todos los departamentos de la compañía y así velar por la buena ejecución de las actividades comerciales. Debido a que el departamento Comercial no estaba funcionando como se requiere, ya que la falta de un manual de funciones y procedimientos no permitía que la empresa actuara en conjunto con todos departamentos para lograr un desarrollo óptimo de los objetivos y metas propuestas por la empresa. /Abstract: In this document they will be able to observe a manual of functions and procedures designed for the post of the commercial assustant which serves as instrument that allows the good internal functioning of the tasks, requirements and the responsibilities of the person, to achieve the union of all the departments of the company and this way to guard over the good execution of the commercial activities. Due to the fact that the commercial departament was not working sonce was needed, since the lack of a manual of functions and procedures was not allowing that the company should act as a whole with all departments to achieve an ideal development of the aims and goals proposed by the company.	es_ES
