| dc.description | This paper is part of the first approximation derived from the theoretical and conceptual research work: The dissonance between the rhetoric of addressing strategic organizational and management practices in the human chain of department stores in the city of Pereira1. From the perspective of the reality that employees of an organization as its executives built in the world, and how the role of each of them can be affected in the construction of the individual as a single subject mediated by the category of man in the relationship between the body and process subject in the context of the culture. It is closer to understanding to the cultural and subject to redefine its role in social organizations of artificial nature. The reflection is not intended to delve into specific categories of analysis, but on the contrary, intends to invite discussion on the same topic even without findings, which will be subject of the same development of the research. | en-US |
| dc.description | El presente documento hace parte de la primera aproximación teórica y conceptual derivada del trabajo de investigación: La disonancia existente entre la retórica organizacional del direccionamiento estratégico y las prácticas de gestión humana en los grandes almacenes de cadena de la ciudad de Pereira.1 Intenta acercarse a una interpretación general de la realidad que tanto los colaboradores de una organización como sus ejecutivos construyen del mundo, y de cómo el papel de cada uno de ellos puede afectarse en la construcción del individuo como sujeto único mediado por la categoría de hombre en la relación cuerpo y proceso de sujeción en el contexto de la cultura. Es aproximarse al entendimiento de lo cultural para redefinir al sujeto y su rol en las organizaciones sociales de carácter artificial. La reflexión no tiene el propósito de ahondar en categorías específicas del análisis, sino que por el contario, pretende invitar a la deliberación misma de la temática sin generar aún hallazgos, los cuales serán materia del desarrollo mismo de la investigación proyectada. | es-ES |
