| dc.description | Este artículo revisa los planes de desarrollo de los dos últimos gobiernos de la ciudad de Armenia, para identificar dinámicas de la planificación de la ciudad y del desarrollo humano en clave de participación ciudadana, usando como recurso para su análisis el concepto de imaginario social, desarrollado por Cornelius Castoriadis. La ciudad se nos aparece como un imaginario instituido y definitivo, a partir de entrevistas a líderes sociales y expertos planificadores, es posible dar cuenta de los imaginarios instituidos e instituyentes del ser y el hacer ciudad, de su permanente confrontación que dan cuenta de su carácter Histórico-social. | es-ES |
