dc.descriptionThe collective work of second semester, is a research project which allows that theory learned at the subjects involved, is applied to the field activity. This work will be done around the “structure and organizational design of small and medium organizations”, in order to apply the concepts and theories saw in class, focusing in matters like: accounting and organization theories, besides that, this project was formulated with solid knowledge about investigation process. In this order of ideas, there are understood the processes to make reference to what research is, which are the paradigms and standards to execute that information that will be necessary for the development of this collective work. The research process was focused on the observation and analysis of a regional company, in this case will be FENAVI (by its acronyms In Spanish for Federación Nacional de Avicultores de Colombia), but mainly of its central section, located in the city of Pereira. This with the target of identify the structure and organizational design. In order to make it, there was made a state of art that consists basically in checking and recognizing the main authors that have raised knowledge about the subject in matter and based on those, it can consolidate similarities between the theories seen on those backgrounds that allows to see possibilities about the formulated question. This way, there will be an “x-ray” of the FENAVI Company, starting from general to expand the information to get FENAVI central section.en-US
dc.descriptionEl colectivo de segundo semestre es un trabajo investigativo, el cual permite que la teoría aprendida en las materias que lo componen, sea aplicada en una actividad de campo. Este trabajo se realizará en torno a la “estructura y diseño organizacional de pequeñas y medianas organizaciones”, para poder así aplicar los conceptos y teorías vistos en clase, enfocándose en temas como: contabilidad y teorías organizacionales; además éste proyecto se formuló teniendo conocimientos sólidos referente a la investigación. En este orden de ideas se fueron entendiendo los procesos que hacen referencia a qué es la investigación, cuáles son los paradigmas y los parámetros para ejecutar dicha información, que serán necesarios para el desarrollo del colectivo. El proceso investigativo se vio enfocado a la observación y análisis de una empresa regional, que en este caso será FENAVI (Federación Nacional de Avicultores de Colombia) pero principalmente en su Seccional Central, ubicada en la ciudad de Pereira, con el fin de identificar su estructura y diseño organizacional. Para realizarlo se desarrolló el estado del arte que consiste básicamente en revisar y reconocer los principales autores que han planteado conocimiento acerca del tema a tratar y con base en ellos consolidar semejanzas entre las teorías planteadas y que permite observar más posibilidades sobre el problema formulado. Así mismo se hará una “radiografía” de la empresa FENAVI partiendo de lo general para luego ampliar la información hasta llegar a FENAVI Seccional Central.es-ES
