Este proyecto pretende ser realizado a partir de un análisis de los procesos desarrollados en el magazine Radio Infantil, “La Opinión del Presente” y por ende, las oportunidades de vida que genera para los niños, niñas y jóvenes que hacen parte de éste, además, del impacto que éstos generaron y siguen generando en sus dinámicas sociales, ofreciendo beneficios adicionales para sus comunidades. Entonces, la propuesta consiste en incluir formas de promoción en el programa con el fin de lograr su continuidad. La actividad proyecta ser ejercida por jóvenes universitarias que se encuentran estudiando carreras afines a pedagogía infantil, enfermería, psicología. Additional support service and child stimuli for their children will be provided.Publicación Acceso abierto Características de los problemas somáticos en la infancia y la adolescencia(Universidad Católica de Pereira, 2016-04-29) Guzmán Álvarez, IsleyLos problemas somáticos implican la expresión de malestar emocional a través de síntomas físicos no explicados por ninguna enfermedad, por lo que es necesario el tratamiento médico y psicológico. Dichos problemas tienen una prevalencia de 11% en niñas y 4 % en niños. El dolor abdominal recurrente es la queja física más frecuente seguido de la cefalea; entre el 10% y el 30% de niños y adolescentes los manifiestan con una frecuencia semanal. El DSM V clasifica los problemas somáticos en: trastorno de síntomas somáticos, trastorno de conversión, trastorno de ansiedad por enfermedad, factores psicológicos que afectan a otras afecciones médicas, trastorno facticio, otro trastorno de síntomas somáticos, trastorno relacionado específico, trastorno somático relacionado no especificado. Su etiología implica factores biológicos, genéticos y psicosociales. El tratamiento incluye técnicas de modificación de conducta, terapia cognitiva y familiar. El objetivo del presente artículo es determinar las características de los problemas somáticos en la infancia y adolescencia. Método: a través de una revisión bibliográfica de 48 artículos en inglés y español de los últimos 15 años, en bases de datos como Redalyc, Dialnet, Scielo, Elsevier, Psicoly Colection y Springer open. Se concluye que los problemas somáticos surgen a partir de la relación madre-hijo y figuras significativas; estudiar en un marco multidimensional y pluridisciplinar.\ Abstract: Somatic problems involve the expression of emotional distress through physical symptoms not explained by any disease, so that medical and psychological treatment is necessary. These problems have a prevalence of 11% in girls and 4% in children. Recurrent abdominal pain is the most common physical complaint followed by headache; between 10% and 30% of children and adolescents they manifest them on a weekly basis. DSM V classifies somatic problems: disorder somatic symptoms, conversion disorder, anxiety disorder disease, psychological factors affecting other medical conditions, factitious disorder, another disorder of somatic symptoms, specifically related disorder related somatic disorder not specified. En el mismo sentido reconocer la función de la odontología en todas sus ramas desempeñado en el ecosistema de la Fundación Sonríe de Pereira y la afectación que podría causar la ausencia de dicha atención en la recuperación de los usuarios vinculados a dicha fundación; durante el proceso de extracción de información se reconoce una real problemática de salud. desencadenada por una problemática social y económica en los países latinoamericanos, aunque no libra al resto de países en los que se presenta esta condición de discapacidad; Por ende, la importancia de cuidados adecuados y estimulaciones sensoriales que ayuden a la evolución del paciente se ha detectado como una gran oportunidad de intervención de diseño, que sea factible y viable en el mercado. En el caso de Colombia se presenta la iniciativa de diseñar para esta población a través de la Fundación Sonríe y con su constante apoyo, surge en el semillero de investigación de la Universidad Católica de Pereira la iniciativa de diseño, social y política que propone el Kit Diversa, un conjunto de piezas funcionales que componen un todo, y procura dar asistencia a la evolución de la oclusión, el desarrollo de fonemas, la modulación y buenos hábitos desde el consultorio hasta en el hogar del usuario, pero, siempre con la supervisión de un adulto en el uso cotidiano del elemento según la metodología de diseño centrada en el usuario, iniciando por la conceptualización, pasando por modelado y proyección del elemento, incluyendo la iteración que propone el mismo y siempre validada con los especialistas de la fundación y la discusión constante del semillero, lo que asegurará el factor innovador y de aciertos en el elemento en relación con el fin único de sonreír a un bajo costo. / Abstract: The following text seeks to highlight the importance of pediatric dentistry in the rehabilitation process of children with Cleft Lip and/or Palate, but above all the need for multidisciplinary health areas that must join efforts towards the same goal; this specific case is directly linked to speech therapy with the Pediatric dentistry. The first phase of the project shows a description of the Health Institution including its strategic planning such as Vision, Mission and needs. Cuyo objetivo es indagar sobre la problemática que articula, por un lado, el desconocimiento de las aves regionales en el departamento de Risaralda; y por el otro, implementar estrategias que permitan facilitar la difusión de información de dichas especies al público del Jardín botánico de la UTP, principalmente a un nicho objetivo entre los 6 y 9 años de edad. El proyecto se desarrolla mediante una combinación de Design Thinking y Vision in a product design y se obtiene como resultado el desarrollo de una aplicación móvil que involucra realidad aumentada, para desarrollar una experiencia desde los hogares en torno al avistamiento de aves. / Abstract: This document corresponds to the research and the result of the degree project carried out during the 2020-1 semester at the Catholic University of Pereira, Industrial Design program. Whose objective is to investigate the problem that articulates, on the one hand, the lack of knowledge of regional birds in the department of Risaralda; and on the other, to implement strategies that facilitate the dissemination of information on these species to the public of the UTP Botanical Garden, mainly to a target niche between 6 and 9 years of age. The project is developed through a combination of Design Thinking and Vision in a product design and the result is the development of a mobile application that involves augmented reality, to develop an experience from homes around bird watching.Publicación Acceso abierto Terapia del juego: un camino para el buen desarrollo de la relación terapéutica en atención de niños y niñas víctimas de maltrato infantil(Universidad Católica de Pereira, 2022-06-18) Martínez Córdoba, Yency Zamira; Muñoz Bermudez, Marisol; Zambrano Osorio, VivianaEl presente artículo de revisión documental, denota la importancia de la terapia del juego en el desarrollo de la relación terapéutica, con niños y niñas víctimas de maltrato infantil. En él se describen las diferentes formas de maltrato infantil según la OMS y la OPS, las estadísticas del maltrato infantil en el contexto Colombiano, y la importancia de la terapia del juego en la relación terapéutica. A su vez, concluye que el maltrato infantil ha estado presente en la historia de la humanidad, actualmente esta problemática genera amplias consecuencias negativas a corto y largo plazo en las distintas esferas del desarrollo de los niños y niñas, e interfiere en la salud mental en la edad adulta. Así mismo, se menciona la importancia de la Terapia del juego en el escenario terapéutico y las técnicas aplicadas desde el enfoque cognitivo conductual. Para finalizar, se considera pertinente que la terapia cognitivo conductual sea ajustada al niño y no el niño a la terapia, y se sugiere a los investigadores e instituciones analistas del comportamiento humano que profundicen y generen más estudios sobre la importancia de la terapia del juego en el desarrollo de la relación terapéutica en atención de niños y niñas víctimas de maltrato infantil. / Abstract : This documentary review article denotes the importance of play therapy in the development of the therapeutic relationship with children who are victims of child abuse. It describes the different forms of child abuse according to the OMS and OPS, the statistics of child abuse in the Colombian context, and the importance of play therapy in the therapeutic relationship. At the same time, it concludes that child abuse has been present in the history of humanity, currently this problem generates extensive negative consequences in the short and long term in the different spheres of development of boys and girls, and interferes with mental health in children. Adulthood. Likewise, the importance of Game Therapy in the therapeutic scenario and the techniques applied from the cognitive behavioral approach are mentioned. To conclude, it is considered pertinent that cognitive behavioral therapy be adjusted to the child and not the child to the therapy, and it is suggested that researchers and institutions that analyze human behavior deepen and generate more studies on the importance of game therapy in the development of the therapeutic relationship in the care of children victims of child abuse.
