Se aprecian de manera específica los recursos intangibles que la marca estudiada tiene en cuenta para el desarrollo de sus procesos comunicacionales dentro de la organización./ Abstract: The following academic work addresses both theoretically and practically the way in which the Comfama organization values and treats its own brand. The categories of the research work “Valuation of marks from intangible components of the MVI” carried out by Professor Heiller Abadía are taken as reference. A study based on initial experiences have been taken in this regard suggesting the need for the implementation of different types of techniques based on the agency's visibility on the Internet. Thus defined objectives are established as the attainment of persons, the development of dynamic Web page for the agency and other important aspects should be taken into account when thinking about positioning a product or service online.Publicación Restringido Prácticas en Comercio Electrónico de las empresas del clúster “Juntos Eje de Risaralda” como Estrategia de Visibilidad Comercial(Universidad Catolica de Pereira, 2020-07-10) Salazar, Monica; Vargas, Gustavo; Betacourt, CarolinaEl presente estudio permite analizar a las empresas que pertenecen al clúster textil Juntos Eje de Risaralda que a la realización de esta investigación contaba con nueve empresas, se tiene como propósito examinar las prácticas del comercio electrónico en las empresas que hacen parte de este clúster. Posteriormente se logró plantear estrategias de posicionamiento mediante canales de comunicación que ofrece el mercado y la tecnología actual con la finalidad de que estas estrategias ayuden a generar mayor visibilidad de las diferentes marcas y productos que ofertan estas empresas del clúster. A través de la ejecución de la presente investigación se logró exponer las condiciones en las que se encuentran las empresas del clúster con respecto al comercio electrónico y así poder hacer unas recomendaciones tanto al clúster, empresas, academia y gobierno. Se evidencia que en esta nueva era tecnológica muchas oportunidades que son necesarias adaptar y aplicar para crecimiento y sostenibilidad de las actividades económicas de cada una de las empresas que hacen parte del cluster. Abstract: The present study allows analyzing the companies that belong to the Juntos Eje de Risaralda textile cluster, which at the time of this research had nine companies, the purpose of which is to examine the practices of electronic commerce in the companies that are part of this cluster. Subsequently, it was possible to propose positioning strategies through communication channels offered by the market and current technology in order that these strategies help to generate greater visibility of the different brands and products offered by these companies in the cluster. Through the execution of this research, it was possible to expose the conditions in which the companies in the cluster are with respect to electronic commerce and thus be able to make recommendations to the cluster, companies, academia and government. It is evident that in this new technological era, many opportunities need to be adapted and applied for growth and sustainability of the economic activities of each of the companies that are part of the cluster.
