Publicación Acceso abierto Potencialidades del turismo rural en los municipios de Apía y Quinchía en el Departamento de Risaralda(Universidad Católica de Pereira, 2016-06-21) Moncaleano Aguirre, Diana Marcela; Pulido Cárdenas, Sergio LeandroEl ser humano por naturaleza siempre ha buscado mejorar sus condiciones de vida, optando por soluciones que lo beneficien y busquen su comodidad, es por esto, que existen registros de cómo el ser humano siendo individuo nómada, emigraba hacia nuevos destinos en busca de un mejor porvenir, tratándose de condiciones geográficas, obtención de alimentos o condiciones de seguridad con la finalidad de velar por un futuro cada vez mejor. A través de la historia se ha evidenciado como la movilidad y el desplazamiento de los individuos ha mejorado y facilitado sus condiciones de vida, el aprovechamiento de los medios de movilidad, primeramente los vehículos de tracción animal y la implementación de la tecnología en los medios de transporte revolucionaron la manera en que los individuos se desplazan, ofreciendo un abanico de oportunidades, con transporte, terrestre, acuático y aéreo, llegando casi a cualquier rincón del planeta, de un modo eficiente y oportuno, dando hincapié a que se amplíen los horizontes y se destruyan las barreras para que los individuos conozcan y experimenten nuevas culturas, países y tradiciones. Con esta revolución en los medios de transporte y un mundo con múltiples lugares por conocer surgieron diversos tipos de turismo, cada uno con características particulares, que se ajustan al perfil de preferencias en actividades o deseos que tengan las personas, esto ha hecho que se creen diferentes tendencias turísticas en el mundo, con aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales, privilegios en condiciones geográficas, actividades que se puedan llevar a cabo en dichos lugares o atractivos históricos de las diferentes locaciones. Es por esto que la tipología del turismo ha sufrido unas variaciones a través de la historia, pensando siempre en la satisfacción de las necesidades o deseos de las personas, pero siempre con un objetivo en común, que es el desplazamiento hacia una locación especifica en busca de actividades que satisfagan a los visitantes en un sector en constante crecimiento como lo es el sector turismo.\ Abstract: Human beings by nature has always sought to improve their living conditions, opting for solutions that benefit and seeking comfort, it is why there are records of how human beings being nomadic individual, migrating to new destinations in search of a better future in the case of geographical conditions, obtaining food or safety conditions in order to ensure a better future. Throughout history it has become clear as mobility and displacement of individuals has improved and facilitated their living conditions, the use of means of mobility, first the animal-drawn vehicles and implementation of technology in the media transportation revolutionized the way individuals move, offering a wide range of opportunities, with transport, land, water and air, reaching almost anywhere in the world, a more efficient and timely manner, giving emphasis to broaden their scope horizons and barriers for individuals to know and experience new cultures, new countries and new traditions are destroyed. With this revolution in transportation and a world with multiple places to visit appeared different types of tourism, each with particular characteristics that fit the profile of preferences in activities or desires to have individuals to, this has to be created different tourism trends in the world, with a use of natural resources, privileges geographical conditions, activities that can be carried out in such places or historical attractions of the different locations. It's why the typology of tourism has undergone some changes through history, always thinking in satisfying the needs or desires of people, but always with a common goal, which is the shift to a location specified in search activities that meet visitors in a constantly growing as is the tourism sector.Publicación Acceso abierto Turismo, una alternativa de desarrollo para el Municipio de Santuario en Risaralda(Universidad católica de Pereira, 2013) Hurtado Obando, Esteban; Gómez Cardona, Laura María; Salazar Saffon, SebastianTourism is considered a key to the economic development of countries, in recent years the number of tourists has grown sector. Colombia has many tourist attractions, among them is the Coffee Cultural Landscape, declared World Heritage in 2011, which has led to the possibility of tourism projects that make it attractive for tourists explore the region. The municipality of Santuario, Risaralda, has several landmarks that highlight the history and process of Colombian coffee, it is also the town of the department with greater architectural value with variety of natural attractions to develop rural tourism and ecotourism.
