Se implementan diversas técnicas de modificación de conducta y de pensamiento en aras de proveer herramientas para el manejo del abuso de SPA, asimilación de la norma y estructuración de proyecto de vida. / Abstract: Engaging a professional field work based on the cognitive behavioral theory in a clinical environment it is relevant to execute a reflexive approach focused on teenagers cohorts whose are into the legal responsive process, establishing a pedagogic model in community which allows the teen to rebuilt his lifestyle philosophy in order of a legally way to live. There were implemented some modification behavior and cognitive techniques with flourish methods in order to give tools for the management of abuse of drugs, respect for the sociality norms and the creation of future reachable goals.Publicación Acceso abierto Intervención psicológica para fortalecer la adherencia al tratamiento en una adolescente con diagnóstico de diabetes tipo 1(Universidad Católica de Pereira., 2015-09-07) Diaz Murillo, Catalina; Castañeda Ortiz, Maria AcenedThe present article corresponds to the description of a study of case, with the aim to implement a psychological intervention from the model of adoption of precautions, Weinstein (1998), to strengthen adherence to treatment in a teenager diagnosed with type 1 diabetes; conceptualizing adherence as a complex process with different categories of psychological process involved in changing risk behaviors and acquisition of protective behaviors that transcends compliance with the instructions made by the caregivers; a baseline is established by applying three questionnaires: Diabetes knowledge, motivational interviewing and self-efficacy scale, clinical intervention consisted of 8 sessions with an average duration of one hour per session; A final evaluation found significant differences between pre-intervention and post-intervention regarding areas of acquisition of knowledge, skills and protective behaviors for proper control and management of type 1 diabetes is made.
