Con la presente investigación se pretende evidenciar si a pesar de este panorama, existen jóvenes en Risaralda que le apuesten al campo, si hay un relevo generacional efectivo. Las historias a continuación muestran que en el campo risaraldense hay esperanza, sí hay jóvenes que forman su vida en el campo, que ven buenas oportunidades. Hay futuro en el campo, aunque son contados con los dedos, se puede decir que hay muy buenos relatos de jóvenes detrás de estas siembras que a diario estamos esperando en la plaza de mercado, incluso personas esperándolas en el exterior. / Abstract: Agriculture has been a support for societies, however, in some countries it seems that the countryside has not been a priority, causing the new generations to leave their towns to look for opportunities in the big cities and little or no interest in agriculture. The purpose of this research is to show whether, in spite of this panorama, there are young people in Risaralda who are committed to the countryside, whether there is an effective generational replacement. The following stories show that there is hope in Risaralda's countryside, there are young people who make their lives in the countryside, who see good opportunities. El documental se realizó en los municipios de Cartago y Ansermanuevo, por ser lugares pioneros en esta actividad, debido a su historia en este arte y teniendo en cuenta que desde allí, desde estos municipios del Norte del Valle, se puede conocer más a fondo la vida del hombre bordador. Para presentar estas historias de vida, hay puntos claves que sirven de ancla y que construyen el documental, los cuales son: el bordado como alternativa de trabajo diferente, el protagonismo de estos hombres bordadores en un gremio de mujeres y siendo así una tradición cultural familiar. Se puede evidenciar que en esta cultura las personas desarrollan estilos de vida, identidad con este arte, hacen que este oficio genere nuevas oportunidades y el progreso de las personas de esta región. Abstract: This research has as a priority, discover the factors and motivations of the men embroiders of Carthage and Ansermanuevo when carrying out the activity of embroidery, since it is the way in which it receives its sustenance. The documentary was made in the municipalities of Cartago and Ansermanuevo, why you can see in this activity, in its history in this art and taking into account that there, from these municipalities of the North Valley, you can know more about life of the embroiderer man. To present these life stories, the points that can be used to build and document, which are the following: embroidery as an alternative of different work, the prominence of these embroiderers in a women's guild and the generational father-son relay. Sin embargo, durante los últimos años, la realidad de la caficultura colombiana, se ha visto de cierta forma enmarcado por un fenómeno que no solo ha afectado a los productores de café de Colombia, sino en general de toda Latinoamérica: la crisis del relevo generacional y el envejecimiento de los cafetales. Sin embargo, hay quienes afirman que es un proceso normal que se debe a las causas coyunturales producto de la oleada de la globalización, mientras que otros expresan su preocupación sobre este fenómeno y manifiesta angustia sobre el devenir de la cultura cafetera. En esta investigación, se aborda la raíz de la problemática y el punto de vista de varios actores implicados en el fenómeno, teniendo como punto de partida, 4 municipios de los departamentos de Caldas y Risaralda, además de presentar las soluciones que desde el gobierno y el Comité de Cafeteros se vienen adelantando para frenar esta crisis./ Abstract: During the recent history of Colombia, coffee has been the flagship product not only of the national economy but also the sociocultural element that marked the life of Colombian society, creating a country identity. However, in recent years, the reality of Colombian coffee has been framed in a certain way by a phenomenon that has not been affected by coffee producers in Colombia, but in general throughout Latin America: the crisis of the relay generation and the aging of coffee plantations. However, there are those who affirm that it is a normal process that is due to the conjunctural causes produced by the wave of globalization, while others express their concern about this phenomenon and express anguish at the memory of the coffee culture. In this research, the root of the problem and the point of view of several actors involved in the phenomenon are addressed, taking as starting point, 4 municipalities of the departments of Caldas and Risaralda, in addition to presenting the solutions that from the government and The Committee of Coffee Growers is moving forward to stop this crisis.Publicación Acceso abierto El relevo generacional como estrategia para la conservación y recuperación de la cultura cafetera en la vereda el Rhin Armenia(Universidad Católica de Pereira, 2021) Medina Peña, Yulieth CarolinaEl proceso investigativo inicia con el reconocimiento, conceptualización y caracterización de grupos minoritarios y fenómenos migratorios en los departamentos de Caldas, Risaralda, Chocó y Quindío donde se analiza e interpreta el rol de los grupos minoritarios en las dinámicas y procesos de transformación de la Ecorregión Eje Cafetero, la cual ha presenciado transformaciones físico - espaciales y socioculturales de manera histórica las cuales se han venido intensificando desde el año 2011 trayendo consigo aspectos positivos y negativos como la perdida de arraigo por la cultura cafetera y agrícola desencadenada especialmente por la migración de la población joven a los cascos urbanos. Entendiendo este panorama se toma como territorio de estudio a la vereda El Rhin (Armenia – Quindío) dado que durante el proceso investigativo se determinó como uno de los lugares que menos se conserva esta cultura y donde por medio de estrategias de relevo generacional se busca recuperarla y conservarla. /Abstract: The research process begins with the recognition, conceptualization and characterization of minority groups and migratory phenomena in the departments of Caldas, Risaralda, Chocó and Quindío, where the role of minority groups in the dynamics and transformation processes of the Eje Cafetero Ecoregion is analyzed and interpreted, This region has historically witnessed physical, spatial and socio-cultural transformations that have been intensifying since 2011, bringing with them positive and negative aspects such as the loss of roots for the coffee and agricultural culture, especially triggered by the migration of the young population to the urban centers. Understanding this panorama, the territory of study is the village of El Rhin (Armenia - Quindío), given that during the research process it was determined as one of the places where this culture is least preserved and where through strategies of generational relay it is sought to recover and conserve it.
