En primera instancia se analiza el comportamiento de las mujeres a la hora de elegir el calzado, para después determinar cómo estos factores pueden dar paso a una estrategia de marketing para reposicionar nuevamente la marca Calzado Pikin’s en el mercado. Para ello, se determina un área problemática y se formula una pregunta que sirve de carta de navegación del proyecto investigativo; planteamiento desarrollado a la luz de una metodología idónea para propiciar el reposicionamiento de la marca Pikin’s en el mercado de calzado en la ciudad de Pereira.\ Abstract: This research intends to identify how by means of the Brand positioning, the Pikin` shoes company can influence the consumer concerning the purchase decision, so be able to describe consumer behavior in this case in the choice of footwear, and in turn analyze how these factors can become a marketing strategy for reposition again the brand in the market, the first step is to describe a problem area which the central question of the project is formulated and the approach where the research starts; it will be justified the reason of the importance of this work, looking at the relevance of the content and how it contributes positively to the academic community of the catolica university of Pereira. Then it arises the general objective which will mark the course of the research as to: marketing strategies to reposition the Pikin´ brand in the market of footwear in Pereira city.Publicación Acceso abierto Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa que suministre limón natural, con sal o azúcar, en cubos congelados para el uso en establecimientos comerciales dedicados a la venta de bebidas y alimentos en la Ciudad de Pereira(Universidad Catolica de Pereira, 2016-06-03) Valencia Franco, Juan Gabriel; Correa Vanegas, CamiloEl presente estudio de factibilidad corresponde al análisis de la posibilidad de creación de la empresa Lemon ICE SAS, la cual se dedicará a la elaboración y comercialización de hielo congelado con sal, azúcar o natural, es decir, que contará con el valor agregado no solo de un producto de alta calidad, sino también la posibilidad de incluir en él los ingredientes que se requieren para ser utilizado en las diversas formas de empleo que tiene un bien como lo es el limón.\ Abstract: The present feasibility study corresponds to the analysis of the possibility of creation of the company Lemon ICE SAS, which will be devoted to the development and marketing of ice frozen with salt, sugar, or natural, i.e., which will have the added value not only a high quality product, but also the possibility of including in it the ingredients that are required to be used in various forms of employment that has a good as is the lemon To define the feasibility of the company, is initially from the methodological aspect that is important to give a focus to the project, then begins working with market research, to analyze demand applies the survey with questions relevant about the acceptance of the product, the information is tabulated and are graphics for both qualitative and quantitative analysis thus determine some characteristics that are important to customers and which need to be adjusted in the project; for the analysis of the offer the different actors of the market, including competition, which has certain deficiencies that can be leveraged in favour of the company are evaluated. Subsequently the technical study was performed, in which is en el cual se define defined the size of the company, according to standards to comply with the requirements by the clients, in the same way is defines the location of plant production and marketing, which is decided to be in the city of Pereira, identifies the necessary machinery, labor and raw material required for the operation of the company. The administrative and legal structure of the company is defined in the same way. Conclusion if the company is viable in all aspects, is the financial study, this allows you to identify costs and expenses, as well as the financial evaluation of the project which is very useful, since it allows decisions right in favors of the implementation of the project, by the yields that this throws.
