\ Abstract: This article exposes a view to the implicit theories related with bullying that have a group of secondary school teachers of the Educational Institution Santo Domingo Savio of the municipality of Balboa Risaralda. For this, an investigative exercise was carried out using a qualitative method, under the methodology of school ethnography using at the same time three techniques for information gathering: participant observation, mural of situations and semi-structured interview, which recognize the implicit theories of teachers through their beliefs, experiences, culture and knowledge of the problem. This investigative process allowed recognizing three types of implicit theories: teachers who recognize bullying, sensitive teachers to the problem who do not identify situations of bullying and finally teachers who naturalize bullying practices identifying that the teaching action is conditioned by implicit theories which are linked to the type of intervention carried out in the classroom. Also the investigation project pointed out the parallel associated with a previous investigation of the same institution in which the students naturalized the practices of bullying.
