Publicación Acceso abierto De la arquitectura Republicana a la arquitectura Contemporánea “Intervención en edificio patrimonial del Centro de la Ciudad de Pereira”(Universidad Católica de Pereira, 2016-09-27) Sánchez, Andrés MauricioEl centro urbano de la ciudad de Pereira posee un conjunto de edificaciones antiguas muchas de ellas catalogadas con valor cultural, un buen número de estas se encuentra únicamente inventariada y otra parte declarada bajo ley como patrimonio cultural inmueble de grandes valores arquitectónicos, históricos y culturales. En buena parte pertenecientes a la época colonial y republicanaLa ciudad de Pereira en especial en su zona céntrica cuenta con un gran número de edificaciones de interés patrimonial de diversos lenguajes arquitectónicos La intención de este trabajo es poner en manifiesto la sustentabilidad de dos componentes que relacionan el tema de la arquitectura. El primer componente es “la Intervención” con aplicación a edificaciones que poseen valor cultural para la ciudad de Pereira. El segundo componente es el “Patrimonio cultural risaraldense”, se hace el análisis del área de estudio y se realiza una aplicación complementaria que combina la intervención con el patrimonio cultural en aras de mostrar la sustentabilidad que conlleva construir sobre lo preexistente en términos de preservación de la memoria arquitectónica y cultural de la ciudad.\ Abstract: The center of the city of Pereira has a set of buildings ancient many of them cataloged with cultural value, a number of these is only inventoried and elsewhere declared under the law as a cultural heritage building of great architectural, historical and cultural values. La propuesta, interpreta y aplica su nuevo habitar de acuerdo a un análisis previo que involucra conceptos culturales de la vivienda indígena Embera tradicional, su tipología y corrientes arquitectónicas, la adaptabilidad a diferentes topografías, su manera de habitar y de concebir una vivienda puesto que han sido partícipes de un proceso de aculturación que los han llevado a transformar y adaptar sus tradiciones culturales y costumbres. Para lograrlo, se manifiesta propósitos claros donde actúan de manera visionaria, tales como: recuperar, preservar, revalorizar, y reflejar, características propias de una vivienda indígena; respondiendo con un proyecto arquitectónico acorde y conforme a su condición cultural. Abstract: In the degree work, the architectural proposal of a mononuclear Neolocal indigenous dwelling that meets the needs and transformations of their culture in the way of living is exposed, of the Altomira indigenous reservation, in the municipality of Marsella, Risaralda, Colombia. The proposal interprets and applies its new habitat according to a previous analysis that involves cultural concepts of the traditional Embera indigenous dwelling, its typology and architectural currents, the adaptability to different topographies, its way of living and of conceiving a house since they have been participants in a process of acculturation that has led them to transform and adapt their traditions, culture and customs. To achieve this, clear objectives are expressed where they act in a visionary manner, such as: recovering, preserving, revaluing, and reflecting characteristics of an indigenous dwelling; responding with an architectural project according to their cultural condition.Publicación Acceso abierto Prototipo de vivienda modular sostenible para Leticia Amazonas(Universidad Católica de Pereira, 2021) Celis Cano, Cristian Felipe; Restrepo Muñoz, Juan CamiloEn el desarrollo del presente trabajo se llevará a cabo una investigación exploratoria en el área de vivienda experimental para la propuesta de un prototipo de vivienda palafítica a través de la autosuficiencia y productividad, que pretende dar solución al problema de déficit de vivienda en zonas inundables así como la falta de servicios. Desde hace aproximadamente cuarenta años se comenzaron a ubicar familias que de manera informal decidieron construir sus viviendas en el borde costero del río amazonas barrio el águila. Este sector del municipio de Leticia se inunda todos los años entre los meses de febrero y agosto representando esto una problemática de riesgo en el área de estudio. Es necesario que la propuesta de la vivienda se adapte a las condiciones fluctuantes del terreno y el ambiente, así como a las necesidades de la población ubicada cerca al rio Amazonas. Así mismo, respondiendo al componente tecnológico en cuanto a materialidad y funcionalidad y al entorno de la región del Amazonas, poder lograr un prototipo de vivienda sostenible para solucionar el déficit de calidad presentado en el lugar. / Abstract: In the development of this work, an exploratory research will be carried out in the experimental housing area for the proposal of a prototype of palafittic housing through self-sufficiency and productivity, which aims to solve the problem of deficit of housing in flood-prone areas as well as the lack of services. For approximately forty years, families began to be located that informally they decided to build their homes on the shoreline of the Amazon River neighborhood the eagle. El territorio de la Guajira está constituido por la península de La Guajira, Esta región estratégica para el país, que es parte del Gran Caribe y que tiene frontera con Venezuela, tiene un gran potencial de desarrollo, pero también grandes desafíos en cuanto a ofrecer a su población condiciones dignas de vida y oportunidades para la reducción de la desigualdad, el reconocimiento de su diversidad cultural, el fortalecimiento de sus instituciones y la diversificación de su economía. Uribia ubicado en la alta Guajira a 150 km de Riohacha, es un territorio en su mayoría rural, donde habita población principalmente indígena de manera dispersa. Este proyecto está planteado como punto generador para potencializar el sector y disminuir las amenazas del pueblo Wayuu, tomando principalmente su plan de vida y articulándolo con el desarrollo de Uribia, permitiendo un desarrollo progresivo en la zona; teniendo como plan a ejecutar, el diseño de una vivienda sostenible, su estructura, y el presupuesto de la misma, la cual proporcione estándares de habitabilidad adecuados, teniendo un espacio el cual les provea sus necesidades y puedan practicar sus diferentes actividades cotidianas y culturales. Abstract: The La Guajira desert is located in the northern part of Colombia and belongs to the group of departments of the Colombian Caribbean Region. The territory of La Guajira is made up of the La Guajira peninsula, This strategic region for the country, which is part of the Greater Caribbean and borders Venezuela, has great development potential, but also great challenges in terms of offering its population decent living conditions and opportunities to reduce inequality , the recognition of its cultural diversity, the strengthening of its institutions and the diversification of its economy. ABSTRACT: This work was carried out in order to apply all the knowledge acquired in the Bioclimatic Architecture specialization at the Catholic University of Pereira, generating as a result a proposal for sustainable rural housing for mixed use (coffee production and tourism) in the municipality of Santa Rosa of Cabal in the department of Risaralda, all this in order to compare the different types of bioclimatic housing developed under the same guidelines but with different contexts.
