Este artículo de revisión teórica, tiene como objetivo lograr identificar cuáles son los factores de riesgo familiares más determinantes en la aparición de la depresión infantil.Publicación Restringido Modelo del no-modelo como teoría integradora para repensar las acciones preventivas y de tratamiento de la delincuencia juvenil en Colombia(Universidad Católica de Pereira, 2019-12-10) Benítez Graciano, ValentinaEn el desarrollo del artículo se plantea un análisis crítico sobre el Código de Infancia y Adolescencia promulgado según la Ley 1098 de 2006 expedida en Colombia, en el que se reconoce a los niños, niñas y adolescentes (menores de 18 años) como sujetos titulares de derechos a quienes se les debe garantizar su pleno desarrollo bajo normas sustantivas y procesales para su protección integral, puesto que representan el interés superior de la sociedad. Al respecto, se presenta un breve recorrido histórico sobre el que se configura a nivel nacional la necesidad de establecer leyes para el control de la problemática delincuencial en la población juvenil. Adicional, se expone la teoría integradora del modelo no-modelo de Arce y Fariña, como aliciente para el debate respecto a las acciones del Estado Colombiano referentes al tratamiento y prevención de la delincuencia juvenil. Abstract: During the development of the article, a critical analysis of the Childhood and Adolescence Code promulgated according to Law 1098 of 2006 is presented, in which children and adolescents (under 18 years of age) are recognized as rights holders to whom their full development must be specified under fundamental norms and processes for their integral protection. In this regard, a brief historical journey is presented on which a national level is configured to establish laws for the control of the crime problem in the youth population. In addition, the integrative theory of the non-model model of Arce & Fariña is exposed, as an incentive for the debate regarding the actions of the Colombian State regarding the treatment and prevention of juvenile delinquency.Publicación Acceso abierto Revisión teórica acerca de las estrategias de intervención clínica en el abordaje del abuso sexual infantil intrafamiliar(Universidad Católica de Pereira, 2015-09-07) Brand Tapias, John Libar; Hincapié Gómez, CarolinaChild Sexual Abuse (CSA ) is one of the most common forms of violence that are maintained through time, carrying consequences that negatively impact the life cycle of the victims, significantly altering their lives. This review article was structured on conceptual aspects such as CSA, risk factors, protective, consequences and intervention strategies specifically. Your objective was described the main theoretical - empirical advances of intervention strategies in the clinical approach of CSA, you finding classified in: attention on crisis, in the trauma, on the victim, in the family and to group level too. Cognitive behavioral therapy presents significant results in the intervention of the CSA, using techniques such as cognitive restructuring, systematic desensitization , psycho - education , coping strategies among others , addressing areas of cognition , emotion and behavior altered after the fact. Such interventions offered to victims of CSA possibilities unfold compensate effects of the experience , understanding the meaning of the experience . Through intervention strategies in the CSA , the importance of an integrated treatment , that is to say victim and family, so enhance their capabilities, focusing on main goal; ensure the safety of children while avoiding the occurrence of new events and where make prevention work with sex offenders .
