Publicación Restringido Aproximación del modelo autorregulado de Pintrich en las Instituciones de Educación Media (AMCO), en 2019(Universidad Católica de Pereira, 2020-07-08) Villegas Aguirre, Olga Lucía; Peña, Diego Alonso; López Céspedes, Joan ManuelEl presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo caracterizar las estrategias pedagógicas de los magister del programa de Maestría en Pedagogía y Desarrollo Humano (UCP) que se desempeñan como profesores de 11° en distintas instituciones educativas del Área Metropolitana Centro Occidente. Mediante distintas técnicas metodológicas (encuestas, grupo de discusión, análisis documental y análisis correlacional) se obtuvo la información y se interpretaron los resultados, entre los que se destacaron los siguientes: La mayoría de los profesores diseñan e implementas estrategias diferenciadas de acuerdo a las áreas de regulación (cognición, motivación, comportamiento y contexto) y aplican técnicas de evaluación diversificada de acuerdo con dos criterios: 1. saberes previos individuales y grupales y 2. contenidos, preguntas y tópicos específicos. Así mismo, los estudiantes tienden a habituarse a algunas prácticas pedagógicas en sus procesos de aprendizaje como autoevaluación y autocrítica, trabajo en grupo (colaborativo), planificación de tiempo y lugar de estudio, esfuerzo hacia logros y metas y atribuciones de éxitos y fracasos. Abstract: The present work aimed to characterize the pedagogical strategies of the Master of the Master's program in Pedagogy and Human Development (UCP) who works as 11th teachers in different educational institutions of the Central West Metropolitan Area. Through various methodological techniques (surveys, discussion group, documentary analysis and correlational analysis) the information is obtained and the results are interpreted, among which the following stand out: Most of the teachers designed and implement differentiated strategies according to the areas of regulation (cognition, motivation, behavior and context) and diversified technical evaluation techniques according to two criteria: 1. individual and group prior knowledge and 2. specific content, questions and topics. Likewise, the students experienced some pedagogical practices in their learning processes such as self-evaluation and self-criticism, group work (collaborative), time and place planning, effort towards achievements and goals and attributions of successes and failures.Publicación Restringido La emociones primarias en pos de una educación integral(Universidad Católica de Pereira, 2018-12-01) Rua Gutiérrez, Martha Cecilia; Ospina Suárez, Olga Luvey; Mosquera Hurtado, Paula Elida; González Hernández, LinabelEste artículo de investigación se centra en el análisis de cómo las emociones primarias de nuestros estudiantes afectan o no el proceso de su formación integral. Por lo tanto, su principal objetivo es proponer algunas estrategias pedagógicas que faciliten a los adolescentes de la institución analizada, el manejo, uso apropiado y asertivo de las emociones primarias en busca de un excelente desarrollo académico y convivencia escolar. Esta investigación se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cuantitativo-investigativo, implementando el proceso de investigación de la encuesta, donde no solo se tomaron en cuenta a los estudiantes, sino también a los maestros y padres. La encuesta produjo un resultado que se analizará al final del artículo, con sus respectivas recomendaciones en el proceso de capacitación dentro o fuera del aula./ Abstract: This research article focuses on how the primary emotions of our students affect or not affect their learning process, therefore, the main objective of this project is to provide some pedagogical strategies that will assist the educational management of the analyzed institution to take into consideration the student’s primary emotions in order to achieve excellent academic development, good social behavior, and mutual school-student understanding. This research was developed under a quantitative-investigative approach, utilizing the survey inquiry process, where the thoughts and feelings of students, parents and teachers were taken into account. The results of this survey will be presented at the end of the article with respective recommendations to the training process for both inside and outside the classrooom.
