Publicación Acceso abierto Desarrollo de un sistema de carga de herramientas y puesto de trabajo para personas con discapacidad de miembros superiores Caso de estudio Embera Chamí(Universidad Católica de Pereira., 2018) Angel Zapata, NathaliaEl propósito de la presente investigación es diseñar un sistema de carga para el transporte de las herramientas y puesto de trabajo de un artesano con discapacidad en miembros superiores de la comunidad Embera Chami que reduzca el esfuerzo físico y facilite la manipulación y el desarrollo de sus actividades laborales en la ciudad de Pereira, Risaralda Esta idea surgió a partir de la necesidad de generar soluciones al problema que presenta esta persona para desplazarse de un lugar a otro y cargar todos sus elementos de trabajo, entre estos la silla y el tapete donde realiza sus actividades. Esta propuesta se desarrolló utilizando el concepto de diseño “Sin Límites”. Y por medio de un análisis de alternativas y una investigación en los materiales se determinó que la silla y el tapete deben ser desplegables para poder ser almacenados en el maletín, el cual contiene todos los estándares de seguridad necesarios, y permite un fácil y cómodo almacenamiento de los otros 2 elementos. / Abstract: The purpose of this research is to design a system of charging for transport of tools and workplace of a craftsman with disabilities in senior members of the Embera Chami community that reduce the physical effort and facilitate the handling and the development of its business activities in the city of Pereira, Risaralda this idea arose from the need to generate solutions to the problem that these people have to move from one place to another and load all your work items, among them the Chair and the rug where they perform their activities this proposal was developed using the concept of design "Without limits". And through an analysis of alternatives and a materials research determined that the Chair and the table must be drop-down can be stored in the Briefcase, which contains all the required safety standards, they are the best solution to all the identified needs in investigating it.Publicación Acceso abierto Herramienta Etnoeducativa para la enseñanza del origen del ser humano(Universidad Católica de Pereira., 2020) Morales Yepes, BritnnyLa adaptación social es un proceso complejo y más cuando el proceso de adaptación transforma las costumbres de las personas. Este es el caso de la migración de indígenas Emberá Chamí a la ciudad de Pereira, y sus niños, se adaptaron a las costumbres citadinas, fueron matriculados en escuelas convencionales, sin fortalecimiento de sus costumbres y orígenes. Este proyecto nace desde el semillero de investigación de la Universidad Católica de Pereira dirigido por Carmen Pérez, Lorenza Suarez y Elizabeth Gallego, desarrollando un proceso de empoderamiento de la mujer Emberá, convirtiéndose en fundamento de este proyecto por sus hallazgos y recolección de la información, permitiendo tomar esta información para crear un elemento narrativo que articule a través del diseño industrial los saberes ancestrales del origen de la humanidad con niños de grado tercero de la Institución Educativa de Compartir las Brisas. / Abstract: Social adaptation is a complex process, especially when the adaptation process transforms people's habits. This is the case of the migration of Emberá Chamí indigenous people to the city of Pereira, and their children adapted to city customs, were enrolled in conventional schools, without strengthening their customs and origins. This project was born from the research hotbed of the Catholic University of Pereira led by Carmen Pérez, Lorenza Suarez, and Elizabeth Gallego developing a process of empowerment of the Emberá women, becoming the foundation of this project for its findings and collection of information, allowing taking this Information to create a tool through industrial design that links the ancestral knowledge of the origin of humanity with third grade children from the institution of Compartir las Brisas.
