Publicación Restringido La autenticidad de los terapeutas cognitivo-conductuales en la construcción de la relación terapéutica con niños, niñas y adolescentes(Universidad Católica de Pereira., 2021-07-28) Ochoa Valencia, Vianny CarolinaResumen: El presente artículo reflexiona en torno a la participación de la autenticidad de los terapeutas cognitivo-conductuales en la construcción de la relación terapéutica con niños, niñas y adolescentes. Para ello, se llevó a cabo revisión de fuentes primarias y secundarias entre el periodo histórico del 2000 hasta 2020 en diferentes bases de datos que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. El artículo reflexivo concluye que la autenticidad es un modo consciente de “ser terapeuta” al integrar de manera equilibrada la esencia humana y profesional al beneficio del paciente; desplegando el terapeuta un estilo relacional único durante toda la intervención psicológica con el objetivo de favorecer el éxito terapéutico; además, permite al niño, niña, adolescente, familia y/o cuidador una posición de cercanía, seguridad, confianza, comprensión de la realidad vivenciada y en la obtención de la expectativa de ayuda-compromiso de un ser humano capacitado. / Abstract: This article reflects on the participation of the authenticity of cognitive-behavioral therapists in the construction of the therapeutic relationship with children and adolescents. For this, a review of primary and secondary sources was carried out between the historical period from 2000 to 2020 in different databases that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The reflective article concludes that authenticity is a conscious way of "being a therapist" by integrating in a balanced way the human and professional essence for the benefit of the patient; deploying the therapist a unique relational style throughout the psychological intervention in order to promote therapeutic success; In addition, it allows the child, adolescent, family and / or caregiver a position of closeness, security, trust, understanding of the reality experienced and in obtaining the expectation of help-commitment from a trained human being.Publicación Acceso abierto La música como coadyuvante en el tratamiento psicoterapéutico del TDAH en niños, niñas y adolescentes(Universidad Católica de Pereira, 2017-11-14) Robayo Espinosa, María MargaritaResumen: El trastorno por Déficit de Atención con Hiperactividad (TDAH) es clasificado como patología mental de origen neurobiológico cuyas principales características son la desatención, hiperactividad e impulsividad. El presente artículo de reflexión efectúa un análisis de los componentes de dicha patología; causas, epidemiología, comorbilidades, alteraciones cognitivo-conductuales intervenciones farmacológicas y no farmacológicas, con el objetivo de exponer la musicoterapia como tratamiento alternativo y coadyuvante en el tratamiento psicoterapéutico, sobre el cual existen acercamientos científicos y sistemáticos que sustentan la viabilidad de su aplicación en Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes (NNA) para la reducción de los síntomas del TDAH. El documento concluye que la intervención farmacológica debe realizarse de manera adicional a las terapias combinadas, conductuales, comunitarias y musicales. Igualmente se concluye que, aunque se hace necesario efectuar investigaciones rigurosas que validen el procedimiento, la información empírica indica que la musicoterapia es coadyuvante en el tratamiento psicoterapéutico, contribuyendo en el desarrollo cognitivo y de autoestima del sujeto intervenido.\ Abstract: Attention Deficit Disorder with Hyperactivity (ADHD) is classified as mental pathology of neurobiological origin whose main characteristics are: inattention, hyperactivity and impulsivity. The present article of reflection carries out an analysis of the components of said pathology; causes, epidemiology, comorbidities, cognitive-behavioral alterations pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions, with the aim of exposing music therapy as an alternative treatment, on which there are scientific and systematic approaches that support the viability of its application in children and adolescents for the reduction of ADHD symptoms. The paper concludes that pharmacological intervention should be performed in addition to combined, behavioral, community and musical therapies. It is also concluded that, although it is necessary to carry out rigorous research that validates the procedure, the empirical information indicates that the music therapy is an adjuvant in the psychotherapeutic treatment, contributing in the cognitive and self-esteem development of the intervened subject.Publicación Restringido Plan de Práctica Académica “Granja Infantil Jesús de la Buena Esperanza” en el periodo comprendido entre julio de 2011 y mayo de 2012(2012-07-25) Becerra Hernández, LauraThis is the practice plan made at the Farm Infant Jesus of Good Hope developed in the period between July 2011 and May 2012. At this monthly sessions were scheduled individual psychotherapeutic intervention for children and adolescents, and parents, and psychoeducational workshops, guided from the theoretical to the clinic cognitive behavioral; This was done in order to respond to the needs expressed by the institution addition to the vision and mission objectives.Publicación Acceso abierto Prácticas de Educación Inclusiva para poblaciones vulnerables: un estudio desde las representaciones sociales en docentes del Centro Educativo San Antonio de Padua de la Ciudad de Pereira(Universidad Católica de Pereira, 2016-06-10) Vallejo Sarmiento, Angélica María; Osorio Gallego, NatalieEsta investigación de corte cualitativo tuvo como objetivo comprender las representaciones sociales de las docentes del Centro Educativo San Antonio de Padua en la ciudad de Pereira respecto a la prácticas de educación inclusiva en población infantil vulnerable, las cuales fueron identificadas a través del método etnográfico y la ejecución de grupo focal, entrevistas, observaciones y revisiones documentales que posibilitaron un acercamiento a la realidad educativa percibida por los docentes. Como resultado se obtuvieron 6 categorías emergentes, en las cuales se evidencia que la mayoría de las docentes de la institución perciben en la inclusión y la diversidad un factor de enriquecimiento en el aprendizaje, pero a la hora de llevar a cabo prácticas inclusivas hay confrontación entre el pensar y el actuar debido a las exigencias del Estado en educación y falta de recursos, las cuales son superadas a través de la promoción del respeto a la diversidad y a la generación de sana convivencia y preparación para la vida.\ Abstract: This qualitative research aimed at understanding the social representations of teachers Education Center San Antonio de Padua in the city of Pereira regarding inclusive education practices in vulnerable children, which were identified through the ethnographic method and execution of focus group interviews, observations and document reviews that enabled an approach to the educational reality perceived by teachers. As a result six emerging categories in which it is evident that most of the teachers of the institution perceived inclusion and diversity an enrichment in learning, but when carrying out inclusive practices no confrontation between obtained thinking and acting because of the demands of the State in education and lack of resources, which are overcome by promoting respect for diversity and the generation of healthy living and life skills.
