Publicación Acceso abierto Alteraciones emocionales en niños y niñas víctimas de abuso sexual: una vivencia al interior de la familia(Universidad Católica de Pereira, 2017-11-23) Hernández Holguín, Sandra MaríaResumen: El Abuso Sexual Infantil (ASI) se ha tornado en un asunto de salud pública ya que en Colombia existen 48 casos diarios registrados. En el 41% de los casos de ASI se encuentra involucrada una persona cercana a las víctimas, principalmente un familiar o alguien de absoluta confianza para la familia, el niño o la niña. En un gran porcentaje, tanto padres como muchos niños o niñas víctimas de abuso sexual, callan por temor a las consecuencias personales, familiares, sociales y económicas del denuncio. Los niños y niñas víctimas de ASI generalmente experimentan alteraciones no sólo físicas sino psicológicas, que tienden a prolongarse a lo largo de su vida, si no se cuenta con una intervención adecuada. El presente artículo de revisión científica se fundamenta en diversas investigaciones que realizan aproximaciones a las alteraciones emocionales de los niños y niñas víctimas de ASI, así como el papel de la familia en el mismo.\ Abstract: Child sexual abuse has become a matter of public health since in Colombia there are 48 registered daily cases. In 41% of cases, a person close to the victims is involved, mainly a family member or someone of absolute trust for the family, the child or the girl. In a large percentage, both parents and many children who are victims of sexual abuse, remain silent for fear of the personal, family, social and economic consequences of the complaint. Child victims usually experience not only physical but psychological alterations, which tend to continue throughout their lives, if they do not have adequate intervention. The present article of scientific review is based on several investigations that make approximations to the emotional alterations of the children victims of sexual abuse, as well as the role of the family in it.Publicación Acceso abierto La importancia de las habilidades terapéuticas en la intervención con niños víctimas de abuso sexual(Universidad Católica de Pereira, 2022-06-22) Ospina López, Adriana Patricia; Palacio Rincón, NicolásEl presente artículo es de reflexión, pretendió identificar las habilidades terapéuticas que debe potencializar un psicólogo clínico para fortalecer la relación terapéutica en la atención a niños víctimas de abuso sexual. El análisis de las habilidades implementadas en el espacio terapéutico estuvo articuladas al proceso, de tal modo que se profundizó en la definición de abuso, sus repercusiones a nivel psicológico, físico, emocional y cómo afecta este su desarrollo. Para ello es de gran importancia dar a conocer diversas cifras estadísticas publicadas durante los últimos 4 años, obtenidas de fuentes como: Medicina legal, Ciencias Forenses e ICBF (Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar) a nivel nacional y cómo impacta este conflicto en la población infantil. La información plasmada se obtuvo a partir de la revisión de artículos de corte investigativo, los cuales fueron analizados con la expectativa de dar a conocer información pertinente y útil con relación a los intereses proyectados no solo con las habilidades terapéuticas, sino con la atención de niños víctimas de esta problemática. Se hace referencia en 13 habilidades halladas que son relevantes para fortalecer la relación paciente-psicólogo, están orientadas a contribuir en la ayuda e implementación de dichas habilidades en el proceso terapéutico. / Abstract : This article aims to identify the skills that a clinical psychologist must have to strengthen the therapeutic relationship in the care of child victims of sexual abuse. The analysis of therapeutic skills is articulated to the process, in such a way that the definition of abuse, its repercussions at a psychological, physical, emotional level and how it affects its development will be deepened. It is considered of great importance for a better understanding of the problem, to make known various statistical figures published during the last 4 years, obtained from true sources such as: Legal Medicine, Forensic Sciences and ICBF at the national level and how this conflict impacts on the population. childish. The information captured was obtained from various articles based on theoretical references, which were analyzed in order to publicize pertinent, true and useful information on the aforementioned problem. In addition, priority is given to defining fundamental concepts in the construction of the article such as: protective factors, risk factors, consequences and mitigating factors.Publicación Restringido Percepción Social de Fiscales en Colombia sobre el Abuso Sexual Infantil (ASI)(Universidad Católica de Pereira, 2019-06-17) Granada Moncada, Jennifer; Moriano Realpe, Sonia LorenaA través de la presente investigación se pretendió realizar un estudio tipo cualitativo con un alcance descriptivo, y diseño fenomenológico a través de una entrevista semiestructurada cuyo objetivo era identificar la percepción social sobre el abuso sexual en menores de una muestra de 11 fiscales en diferentes ciudades de Colombia. De esta manera se realizó un análisis del discurso identificando las creencias, estereotipos y prejuicios que tuvieron de esta problemática. Los fiscales resaltan que de acuerdo a la edad del menor podrían ser manipulados, y que son vulnerables frente a este tipo de casos. Los resultados demuestran que, según las percepciones de los fiscales, existen factores culturales y educativos relacionados a estratos socioeconómicos que tienen efecto sobre la causa del abuso sexual infantil, también se encontró que existe culpabilización hacia la víctima dejando de lado el rol del agresor, lo cual podría estar obstaculizando la judicialización de estos casos. Abstract: With the present investigation we intended to carry out a qualitative study with a descriptive scope, and phenomenological design through a semi-structured interview whose objective was to identify the social perception of sexual abuse in minors of a sample of 11 prosecutors in different cities of Colombia. In this way, a discourse analysis was carried out identifying the beliefs, stereotypes and prejudices that they had of this problem. Prosecutors emphasize that according to the minor's age they could be manipulated, and that they are vulnerable to this type of cases. The results show that according to the perceptions of the prosecutors, there are cultural and educational factors related to socio-economic strata that have an effect on the cause of ASI cases. In addition, there is guilt towards the victim leaving aside the role of the aggressor, which could be hindering the prosecution of these cases.Publicación Acceso abierto Revisión teórica acerca de las estrategias de intervención clínica en el abordaje del abuso sexual infantil intrafamiliar(Universidad Católica de Pereira, 2015-09-07) Brand Tapias, John Libar; Hincapié Gómez, CarolinaChild Sexual Abuse (CSA ) is one of the most common forms of violence that are maintained through time, carrying consequences that negatively impact the life cycle of the victims, significantly altering their lives. This review article was structured on conceptual aspects such as CSA, risk factors, protective, consequences and intervention strategies specifically. Your objective was described the main theoretical - empirical advances of intervention strategies in the clinical approach of CSA, you finding classified in: attention on crisis, in the trauma, on the victim, in the family and to group level too. Cognitive behavioral therapy presents significant results in the intervention of the CSA, using techniques such as cognitive restructuring, systematic desensitization , psycho - education , coping strategies among others , addressing areas of cognition , emotion and behavior altered after the fact. Such interventions offered to victims of CSA possibilities unfold compensate effects of the experience , understanding the meaning of the experience . Through intervention strategies in the CSA , the importance of an integrated treatment , that is to say victim and family, so enhance their capabilities, focusing on main goal; ensure the safety of children while avoiding the occurrence of new events and where make prevention work with sex offenders .
