Focused in the municipality of Riosucio, this project aims to highlight biodiversity and human wealth of the inhabitants of this, to achieve the goal make a comparison between the historic wealth - culture of the riosuceños and lumber natural wealth. Finally, this documentary presents the five phases of the forest process (extraction, transport, processing, marketing and use) which are compared and related to the life of the families in this town.Publicación Acceso abierto Atravesando las Palmas: Una Desaparición Colectiva(Universidad Católica de Pereira, 2023-06-20) Moreno Londoño, Nathalia; González Díaz, Alejandro; Ocampo Pino, MarianaEl presente trabajo expone una investigación periodística, centrada en la relación que existe entre el turismo insostenible que reside en el Valle de Cocora, Quindío y las especies que allí habitan, especialmente, el Cóndor de los Andes. Esto fue plasmado en un soporte digital que alberga una narrativa hipermedia, la cual permite al usuario navegar y encontrar distintas piezas audiovisuales, escritas, fotográficas y sonoras para entender mejor la historia y su contexto. Atravesando las palmas, una desaparición colectiva, tiene como fin mostrar lo que se está viviendo en el Valle de Cocora por medio del turismo depredador que está afectando a la biodiversidad del lugar, en cómo la actividad turística está interponiéndose entre la vida natural del lugar y el crecimiento de la zona. El propósito es que la página sirva como conocimiento para todas las personas, que sea útil a la hora de informar y quede como legado para futuras generaciones que quieran un cambio en la biodiversidad del territorio quindiano. Abstract: The present work exposes a journalistic investigation, focused on the relation that exists between unsustainable tourism in Valle de Cocora, Quindío, and the species that inhabit it, especially, the Andean Condor. This was done in a digital medium, which has a hypermedia narrative and allows the user to navigate to find different audiovisual, sound and written pieces for a better understand the story and the context. Atravesando las palmas, una desaparición colectiva, have to show what is being experienced in the Valle de Cocora through predatory tourism that is affecting the biodiversity of the place, how tourist activity is interfering between the natural life of the place and the growth of the area. La importancia de este documento radica en el beneficio que se tendrá en el recurso natural, a través de una propuesta arquitectónica que potencializará toda la biodiversidad, buscando generar un nuevo entendimiento a la interpretación ambiental, para que sirve y como se puede desarrollar una edificación amigable con el medio. Abstract: In this document you will find information about the current problem in Cerro Canceles, a small green lung in the center of the urban territory, located in the City of Pereira, listed as a land of Cultural and Landscape importance, which is part of the environmental wealth of the coffee axis, which contributes to 7% of the country's biodiversity, comprised of the departments of Caldas, Quindío, part of the Cauca Valley and specifically Risaralda, which contributes 25% of national mammal species and enters the top 3 of the departments with the highest bird watching. The Documentary realizes on the importance in biodiversity, history and culture of this Protected Area, and since it is being affected by big projects.Publicación Acceso abierto Jardín botánico de protección a la biodiversidad Momposina(Universidad Católica de Pereira., 2020-07-09) Jaramillo Mejía, Cristian CamiloEste proyecto de grado responde a la necesidad de fomentar hábitos de conservación de protección a la biodiversidad, en Santa Cruz de Mompox, bolívar, buscando fortalecer los valores en relación a la conservación de la flora, a través de una propuesta de rehabilitación y restauración de un jardín botánico antiguo que está actualmente abandonado, rehabilitando todas sus fachadas y dejando en su centro como una zona de protección ambiental donde ya están consolidados unos recorridos y se hace al frente una restauración para crear su nuevo jardín botánico siendo este complemento del antiguo, teniendo como premisa de diseño el antiguo, reconstruyendo este vacío en el centro a partir de la flora dejando todo su programa arquitectónico a ejes de las vías. ABSTRACT: This degree project responds to the need to promote conservation habits of biodiversity protection, in Santa Cruz de Mompox, Bolívar, seeking to strengthen values in relation to the conservation of flora, through a proposal for rehabilitation and restoration of an old botanical garden that is currently abandoned, rehabilitating all its facades and leaving in its center as an environmental protection area where engravers are already consolidated and is in charge of a restoration to create its new botanical garden, being this complement to the old one, having as a design premise the old one, reconstructing this emptiness in the center from the flora leaving all its architectural program to axis of the tracks.
