Publicación Acceso abierto El rol de la mujer Ansermense a través de los cambios socioeconómicos(Universidad Católica de Pereira, 2015-12-05) Gallego Echeverri, Laura RosaThis article discusses the changing role of women in socio-economic contexts linked to coffee cultivation, drug trafficking and violence, for it is taken as a case Anserma Nuevo municipality, an area historically known as a producer of coffee and as part of Coffee, is a municipality from the eighties also affected by the drug's Norte del Valle cartel and the impact of violence following the illegal business. Methodologically the paper addresses the problem through the life stories of women who realize their role in specific contexts coffee economy, drug trafficking and violence which allows the analysis to women compared to men thus taking a gender perspective. Through the life stories of these women is to identify variations in their role in these contexts. This initially describes the socio-economic contexts to which this text refers through a brief historical overview of the main changes in Anserma Nuevo. Later realize the theoretical framework that allows focusing the text such as gender studies to characterize the role of women in this context.
