Va dirigido a analizar y diseñar un progreso en aquellos sistemas constructivos convencionales, ya que son temas que se han quedado estancados a través de los años en Colombia. La metodología empleada se trabaja desde la necesidad del cliente pasando por un proceso de evaluación y comprobación, hasta llegar a la validación del prototipo del diseño; en el proceso se analizaron patentes, tipologías, materiales y procesos de producción, y partiendo de ello se hicieron una serie de alternativas y evolución del diseño hasta llegar al producto efectivo que al hacer sus respectivas comprobaciones se llego al resultado de que se cumplió con los objetivos y especificaciones que se necesitan para la construcción de una vivienda de interés social./Abtract:It is a project with a great future for the innovation and improvement in the prefabricated housings. A progress is directed to analyze and design in those constructive conventional systems, since they are be afraid that they have remained suspended across the years in Colombia.
