Teniendo en cuenta el modelo de ocupación desde las edificaciones que componen el centro poblado como la vivienda y otros usos del suelo como industria, comercio y algunas temáticas de los equipamientos. Este análisis se hace con la finalidad de tener un diagnóstico del estado del corregimiento actualizado al 2011, de modo que sirviese al departamento de planeación municipal de la Alcaldía de Pereira. / Abstract: This work is a study on Port Caldas, central populated that belongs to the city of Pereira, in which an analysis was carried out of the current state of the territorial composition. Keeping in mind the model of occupation since the buildings that compose the center populated as the dwelling and other uses of the floor like industry, commerce and some subject matter of the equipment.
