La práctica fue dirigida a tres poblaciones que involucra la institución: estudiantes, cuerpo docente y padres de familia. Se realizaron diferentes intervenciones de tipo grupal e individual; realizando talleres psicopedagógicos con el fin de orientar, capacitar y fomentar los procesos de conocimiento a dicha población. Se plantean 3 ejes de intervención: con estudiantes talleres integrales y consultas individualizadas, con el cuerpo docente procesos de enseñanza y con padres de familia pautas de crianza. Por último se expone el análisis de cada uno de los ejes intervenidos y su contribución a la institución.This is the practice plan made in the Harvard educational institute in two of its offices which are: industrial park headquarters and headquarters the marselleza, in the period between February and November 2013. The practice was aimed at involving three populations institution: students, faculty and parents. Different individual and group interventions were performed type; conducting psycho workshops to orient, train, give knowledge to that population. Students with comprehensive workshops and individual consultations with faculty teaching and parents with child rearing: 3 axis of intervention arise.
