Facultad de Ciencias Básicas e Ingeniería, Pereira, 2017.RESUMEN: El presente trabajo de grado se realizó con la finalidad de determinar la viabilidad para la creación de una empresa constructora especializada en estructura liviana en la ciudad de Pereira, inicialmente se plantearon los objetivos del trabajo de tal manera que permitieran determinar de forma clara y concreta si es viable o no realizar el proyecto y que se pudiera identificar un desarrollo coherente del mismo. Posteriormente se llevó a cabo un análisis del entorno para analizar cuáles son las condiciones actuales del mercado en el sector de la construcción, evaluar el mercado actual y los aportes a la economía del país. Se definieron las herramientas, maquinarias, materiales y todos los implementos necesarios para garantizar el buen funcionamiento de la organización, se creó toda una estructura organizacional y se realizó una distribución de tareas y cargos acordes al funcionamiento de la empresa. Para el desarrollo y posible puesta en marcha del proyecto se verificaron y estudiaron todas las exigencias para la creación de la constructora y las condiciones legales según la legislación nacional para no incurrir en ningún tipo de incumplimiento que pueda causar sanciones y finalmente se llevó a cabo el desarrollo del estudio financiero para determinar el presupuesto necesario para la creación de la empresa, la rentabilidad que generaría la organización o para concluir si el proyecto es viable o no. \ ABSTRACT: The present project was realized with the purpose of determine the viability to create a construction company specialized in light structure in Pereira, the objectives of the project were initially set out in such a way as to clearly and concretely determine whether the project is feasible and to identify a coherent development of the project. Later, an analysis of the environment was carried out to analyze the current market conditions in the construction sector, to evaluate the current market and the contributions to the country's economy. The tools, machinery, materials and all necessary implements were defined to guarantee the proper operation of the organization, a whole organizational structure was created and a distribution of tasks and positions according to the operation of the company was made.
