Salazar Henao, María Magnolia2019-08-302019-08-302018-07-07DDMEPSC23http://hdl.handle.net/10785/5524Trabajo de grado, Pereira, 2018El presente informe de sistematización pretende una aproximación conceptual a las implicaciones de la Intervención Psicosocial desarrollada en una de las modalidades del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar (ICBF), denominada “Familias con Bienestar para la Paz”, con algunos apuntes breves sobre la noción de familia desde la perspectiva del Constructivismo Social y el Modelo Sistémico. En este sentido, se pretende identificar tres elementos centrales en el proceso de intervención familiar, el primero tiene relación con los cambios percibidos por las familias, en la dinámica familiar a través de las mediaciones interdisciplinarias desarrolladas por los profesionales que hacen parte de la modalidad, la segunda indaga por la percepción de las familias participantes acerca del rol de los profesionales de la Unidad de Tejido Familiar en los procesos formativos, y el tercer elemento indaga por la incidencia de la normativa desplegada por la Institución (ICBF), en el ejercicio de la acción psicosocial desarrollada en la modalidad. La metodología utilizada se centró en entrevistas semi-estructuradas, diseñadas con base en los ejes sobre la sistematización y los núcleos temáticos previamente seleccionados, las entrevistas fueron aplicadas a familias participantes, profesionales de la Unidad de Tejido Familiar y Asesor Psicosocial; posteriormente se hizo la codificación, con el fin de hacer el análisis de los contenidos y así llegar a los resultados y finalizar con los aprendizajes significativos/ Abstract: The present systematization report aims at a conceptual approach to the implications of the Psychosocial Intervention developed in one of the modalities of the Colombian Family Welfare Institute (ICBF), called "Families with Wellbeing for Peace", with some brief notes on the notion of family from the perspective of Social Constructivism and the Systemic Model. In this sense, we intend to identify three central elements in the family intervention process, the first one is related to the changes perceived by the families, in the family dynamics through the interdisciplinary mediations developed by the professionals that are part of the modality, the second investigates the perception of the participating families about the role of the professionals of the Family Tissue Unit in the training processes, and the third element inquires into the impact of the regulations deployed by the Institution (ICBF), in the exercise of the psychosocial action developed in the modality.
