Como estrategia metodológica para la conceptualización del problema y el análisis de la información se diseñó una guía de preguntas orientadoras que lograra expresar los contenidos teóricos del tema. La guía tenía como función movilizar el diálogo y la discusión individual con cada uno de los ocho profesionales. Para analizar las posiciones discursivas de los participantes se desarrolló la categoría de significados propuesta por Bruner, ya que los significados se crean a partir de una participación e interacción –social y cultural- atribuyéndole este valor e importancia a cada uno de estos actos y/o conocimientos. Finalmente los significados del personal en salud se enmarcan de manera subjetiva en cuanto a la práctica de este procedimiento puesto que se ponen en juego posiciones emocionales, cognitivas y de orden ético y profesional al pensar quien es apto para obtener la eutanasia, ya que surgen algunas discusiones, como lo son, el dolor físico, el sufrimiento psicológico y el tiempo de lucha contra la enfermedad. Abstract: This investigation is based in understand the signifiqued of the personal in health who attendance the sick in terminal fase, about euthanasia, let them knoy for the experience and the knowledge this determination of the doing of the professional in the relation betwing the pacient and the posicion of the euthanasia. Like estrategic metologic for the conceptualitation of the problem and the análisis of the informetion desing a guide of questions to guide to express the teoric of the subjet. The funcionalt of the guide is promot the dialogue and the individual discutation with ich of one of the eight professional.
