El desarrollo de esta propuesta, se estructura a partir del cambio de uso, temporalidad y estrategias para mejorar el confort y seguridad social; buscando solucionar problemáticas descubiertas tras el análisis sectorial, en procura de generar una mejor calidad de vida al habitante urbano en el centro de la ciudad.
