Existen muchas herramientas para realizar este tipo de desarrollos, En cuanto a las preferencias de escoger la herramienta para la construcción del sitio web dependerá solo de las necesidades de el mismo, en este caso se escogió Joomla que es un CMS que permite el manejo de la información dinámica y entre sus principales virtudes está la de permitir editar el contenido de un sitio web de manera sencilla. /Abstract: At present, the implementation of dynamic web sites and the utilization of Web tools 2.0 in the organizations has turned into a key topic, is for this motive that many of them are giving him great importance to the creation of these sites and to the utilization of these tools, since they see in this one a good strategy of advertising of his services and of interaction with other persons.
