Para tal fin las investigadoras se enfocaron en la estrategia, la lectura emergente, el cuento tradicional y las pautas de crianza. Los resultados señalan que hay una relación directa entre el interés de niños y niñas por los libros y su contenido (lectura emergente) y la estimulación temprana a la lectura (cuentos tradicionales), siendo evidente que los cuentos ayudan a fomentar las pautas de crianza.This research focused on elucidating how the strategy "reading party" of the Colombian Family Welfare Institute <ICBF>, promotes emergent reading in children aged 3-4 years in the nursery section of the Child Development Center (IDC ) Otún Pereira city, through the use of traditional tales. To this end the researchers focused on strategy, emergent reading, the traditional tale and breeding patterns.
