Se describen las conductas organizacionales de las empresas mencionadas, con el fin de caracterizar los aspectos fundamentales que les aportan productividad y competitividad en el mercado global. Esta investigación es de tipo exploratoria, en ella se consideran elementos cualitativos y cuantitativos, se realizó una entrevista semi-estructurada, y el análisis del contenido mediante Excel. /Abstract: This undergraduate thesis, aims to identify internal and external features of innovation and technological development of the 15 mipymes companies linked to the metalworking network in Risaralda, besides, it stablishes a comparison between two of the most important organizations of the industry. To comply this, the organizational behavior of the mentioned companies are described, in order to characterize the fundamental aspects that bring productivity and competitiveness in the global market.
