Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2019Este trabajo busca exponer el proceso desarrollado en la optativa de planificación y proyectos estratégicos para una nueva ciudad, en la cual se debe analizar la ciudad de una manera ordenada donde se implementan estrategias de análisis que van desde lo más general hasta lo más específico donde se analiza el territorio por medio de unas categorías proyectuales. Posterior a esto se genera una hipótesis del análisis realizado acerca de las potencialidades y desventajas del territorio que nos lleva a generar un Modelo de ocupación territorial donde se desarrollen sistemas que interactúan entre si y que cumplen una función importante para contribuir al desarrollo de la ciudad lo cual deja una idea de proyección del territorio en la que se desarrolla un plan piloto con el objetivo de determinar la efectividad del planteamiento urbano y que finaliza con el desarrollo de un proyecto arquitectónico que debe responder al planteamiento urbano donde debe solucionar las problemáticas encontradas desde diferentes ámbitos. ABSTRACT: This work seeks to expose the process developed in the planning and strategic projects for a new city, in which the city should be analyzed in an orderly manner where analysis strategies are implemented ranging from the most general to the most specific where analyzes the territory through some project categories. After this, a hypothesis is generated of the analysis carried out about the potentialities and disadvantages of the territory that leads us to generate a Model of territorial occupation where systems are developed that interact with each other and that fulfill an important function to contribute to the development of the city.
